Spent 3 hours on line with Peter Tech 77, he kept doing the same thing over and over, some times bluffing what he was doing. deleted programs being used . did not explain charges or what was covered. kept trying to sell something else. Requested I say every thing was fixed when it was not. wanted a yes answer so he could go. Computer is now worse then it was before.  Hit me with a $249.99 charge, did not explain what it was for but guaranteed to fix my problem.

I have contacted my credit card company to dispute charges and am on my way to the geek squad to get computers fixed.  Company sold me a bill of goods and did not fix anything. Promised to call back and work on it. Never called. Bad company

In this digital world, it is inevitable that organizations that provide products or services will get complaints. OmniTech Support has also had a few unhappy customers, but that number is a tiny fraction in proportion to the tens of thousands of our satisfied customers. We have resolved or refuted 100% of any complaints against us, real or bogus. Out of courtesy, many organizations provide a common platform, such as online complaint forums or complaint blogs to shed light on the Service Providers and their impact on customers. Among these complaints, a few might have some merit due to a misunderstanding of the services rendered and, unfortunately, others are biased, planted by a competitor, or simply not reasonable to an informed person. The Ripoff Report is one of those respected organizations and we sincerely appreciate their efforts to convey to companies any upset customers complaints and feedback.

In this instance, on December 16, 2012 the customer contacted us with an issue "Internet Explorer is not working in Normal mode" and paid $249.99 to fix the issue plus to optimize her computer. We did not format her drive, we defragmented it, as part of optimizing her computer.  She would have lost everything if the drive had been reformatted. However, the issue was not fixed, even though our technician worked hours trying to fix it, due to the instability of the
Internet connectivity on her end. The customer did not get back to us to attempt to fix her issue.

The service charge of $249.99 was conveyed to the customer and we charged her only after her acceptance of service agreement, which includes details of our generous refund policies. We called the customer on many occasions, but each time we reached her voicemail, so we left messages. We have call logs to prove our contact attempts. We even mailed her requesting her to provide us another contact number where we could reach her and have a conversation to settle the issue immediately. Nevertheless, we had never been given any reachable number by the customer, nor did she call us in return. Incredibly, she never gave us the opportunity to even give her a refund.  As she already placed a
dispute with her bank and got her money back from her bank from a chargeback, of course we didnt refund her further.

In summary, we believe that customers are human and deserved to be treated fairly and with dignity and respect. To the best of our abilities, we bend over backwards to make sure our customers are satisfied.  Thats why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
