One Source Talent Day Spa took 3112.14 right out of our bank account no idea who they are and they refuse to give us our money back Phoenix Arizona

We get this weird letter in the mail a few weeks  back saying the 1st court in NY awarded One Source Talent Day Spa damages in excess of 31,512 dollars for non paid items back in March.

I went down the street as that is where they have their local strip club to have words with a manager. She was nice, let us in, poured us drinks, and then made a call to someone at their corporate office in New York.

The guy on the phone was an a*****e, He just called himself Mortie (I forget his last name) and he said their legal team did not make a mistake, someone with our photo id clearly came into their facities, used our credit card, used there services and then proceeded to run up a huge tab.

I was like it was not me or my wife, but he said, well it sounds like maybe you shoud not do so much drinking or drugs, as we have records of the whole event and we did send you to court. There is the matter of the balance, in which  they will kindly hold off putting lein on my house. Thats when My husband lost it, he started screaming, and then two big guys pulled out guns and pointed them at our heads. They beat my husband, broke his nose. Then threw us out, litarily.

I called the cops, who showed up and arrested my husband for assault after they talked to the club manager who lied.

So we have called a laywer who said he will help us but this is crazy. They drained our bank account and we are not rich people, but that money was all we had and they took it.

I urge you please, do not go to One Source Talent Day Spa. Look at all the bad stuff online about them, its true. They are evil and only want your money and will do anything to get it, including using the coirts to take everything you own
