All anyone has to know about this company, they talk a good talk and that is all it is.

Little or useless coaches, no fund raiser coach.
They leave you waiting for a ride to get home from Orlando,
at 5am. Then they call you when you get home, and ask
how was your return trip. But the kicker!,

They provide as little poor quality support, which
is not how they sell distributorships. They change
the methods of doing business as the wind blows.

If you gave up the chance of a lifetime with this co?
(you made the right choice)

The calling cards often malfunction in a variety of ways.
Oh, they steal recharges off the NON-rechargeable cards.
Effectively rippingoff the distributor and the retailer.

please be advised these others pictured above have and continue to participate in making promises which are as empty as space is purported to be?

I wish the media would contact me!

An International Disgrace

AUTHOR: Roger - (Austria)

My wife was contacted also in PA and became one of the many victims of IMG or whatever they call(ed)themselves.

She is a descendent of one of the early pilgrims in the US, I am an EU citizen and we live somewhere in Europe right now (and we do want to remain anonymous, according to EU statistics many criminals now flood our shores in the Old World to seek out new victims!).

Yesterday we heard that the Final Stipulated Judgement by the FTC was released !
See:
ftc.gov/os/caselist/0423035/0423035.htm

I never forced my wife to move here, but IMGs wrongdoings and now the FTCs lax inquiry (where did the 4.5 Million US $ actually go? Marlow would have turned up out of his grave if he had not been a fictitious American from the start!) have made her a fugitive who does not want to return.

But this is what rich America's intention is, have all non millionair Americans return to their original pilgrims soil so some people can feel better because they have fewer mouths to feed!

Well let me come back to my original question, if there is a way to have someone like Marlow find the missing link all others missed, please contact me by leaving me your email under your posting. Thanks

The Truth Is The Truth ...

AUTHOR: Yolanda - (U.S.A.)

I, for the first time, read this long, long, long list of submitals for OneSetPrice and it's many of AKA's and the truth is it was a ripoff and we all gossiped about it!!!! WE KNEW!!! Our hands were just as dirty as the Liars (because that what they are) that ran it!!! I worked in reservation for over 1year and I participated in the lie by reading that stupid script that was drawn up for me to read to the unsuspecting victims.
I at the time was in need of employment that allowed me to leave work early or come late and even miss days to take care of my personal business, OneSetPrice provided that for me.
The shame of it was that this was working for the devil!!!!
Dave Cutler was a double edge sword for us. He told us and even in some cases showed us how to not work for a man of his character. He was a silver tongue snake who distributed false promises and empty lies FROM THE GATE!!!
Those people/victims never stood a chance!!!! NO ONE was going to ever see any profit from that money. "Coaches" was names that were given to some of the sweetest coworkers to whom I had a great deal of pleasure to work with, were themselves in a financial struggle but they were just mear objects in the game of GREED!!!
The company disbursed after only months after I left it was a thought in every employees head that soon the FEDS was going to kick in the door!!! It was always said in the reservations dept that we will testify when necessary because we were just doing our JOBS. Which by the way we were given internet printed checks from an out of state bank with no funds. I have outstanding debts at to local convienant stores and One major check cashing chain due to bounced checks. My bank also advised that I no longer deposit thier checks into my account because they were worthless checks. I continued to stay employed even after the 4 checks because I knew once I cashed them and they got off my hand they became the problem of OneSetPrice and RPM,NEC or whomever they were choosing to call themselves that WEEK!!!
This company practiced falsehood and fraud and I knew of it on an early basis. We had meetings that kept us in certain "LOOPS" but out of the major "LOOPS" but EVERYONE knew that these folks were about to be a part of a financial roller coaster where no one profited but the head of the chain!!!
The ditributors were always suppose to have felt that they were "thought of" or "looked after" the truth of the matter is they had your money or at least the deposit and if they needed more payments they were going to smooze you out of the rest. They could have cared less if you did or didn't "work the business" they already had at least some of what they were after the MONEY.
To the people who have lost such a large investment God bless you if you see any return and to the ex employees who made true testimonies on here I CONQUER. To the employees that stated how OneSetPrice was this fabulous place that helped you reach your Euphoric Dreams you are LIARS and you knew that this was a bogus company with lawyers under thier belts to show DAVE & PAUL how to get away with stealing peoples money without gettiing caught!!!!
Also, to whomever wrote that tacky rebuttal and sign "Y" as if it were me(YOLANDA) THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!!!!! I can speak up for myself!!!
YES THEY WROTE BAD CHECKS TO US!!!!
YES THEY DEFRAUDED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE!!!!!
YES WE WITNESSED LOTS OF ILLEAGAL ACTIVITY!!!
No we didn't report it to the goverment while we were in slavery there ourselves... because it benefited us to be there drawing some type of income as well.... We benefited from the elderly from the slow thinkers and from the vulnerable. We knew that those contracts only benefited OneSetPrice and were designed to confuse and distort the truth and those people would never see a dime of that money back. NO it was not an investment into thier future as they wanted those people to believe it was a scheme set up for and designed for the people who wanted to be succesful in business had the money but didn't have the idea!!! We as reservationist were told "you just get them there we will sell them!!!" For us that our paycheck or something like that...!!! Oh, by the way those free vacation slips were as worthless as those $75,000 DISTRIBUTORSHIPS !!!!! God Bless you Zeek, Steve and others like you with getting ANY money back... Thier invested in a Harley somewhere with bumpy face SEETA sitting on the back of it!!!!

You have something to say I want to hear it.

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

They won't be coming back in this area and if they do I will make sure the authorities are waiting. They are a low life scum to earth. They stole my fathers money as well as thousands of people out there. My business that I'm in I'm going all the way and maybe I will see them sometime.

I will be on the news with positive feedback. If you state something you'd better have something to say.

Other Bonnelli/Cutler Scams

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

I worked for a company a while back with connections to OSP and have had many encounters with Dave and Paul. I had intamate knowledge of their personalities and business practices though they would not know it because I may as well not have exsisted since I was low on the totem and did not have thousands to give away. Besides, I know bs when I smell it and when I did, I mentioned my disapproval to the owner of the company I worked for and was subsequently let go. Anyhow, knowing that the cornerstone of their marketing efforts were the prerecorded phone blasts featuring Dave's (unmistakeable)voice, imagine my surprise to hear that same voice pitching contracting consultaion services literally days after the first hurricane that hit florida last year. Trust me when I tell you that this was Dave Cutler. If you have been to his seminars you will know that he boasts a contracting background, he feels this gives him a sort of common guy appeal. I stumbled across this thread and thought to alert you all to this. If these men have no problem taking someones retirement for the card schemes, I am certain they have no issues with ripping off distressed home owners. I am not sure to what extent this scam goes however it should be investigated. May God bless those who have been taken advantage of and forgive me for any participation I may have unwittingly contributed.

#8 Consumer Suggestion

If you want your money back, you need to find the crook that has it and take it back from them.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

The best chance you have to get your money back is by tracking the person down who has it and forcing them to give it back. Simple as that.

Forget about the feds tracking the crooks down and getting your money back for you. Yes, they may track down a big-time con man. But, they aren't in any hurry to see that you get a refund. They have their own agenda. In fact, they may take the money away as fines and penalties. You may never see a dime from it. Even when they seize large amounts of money, chances are it will never end up back in the victim's pockets.

The best thing you could do is strike while the con is still going strong. That way, the crook is still running the con. That means he's at an address that's easy to find. All you have to do is drive over and grab him up. Plus, he hasn't had a chance to spend much of the money, so there's a good chance of getting everything back.

But, what about if you wait? There's still a chance of getting something back. Most con artists are creatures of habit. They enjoy the easy money. But, more importantly, they enjoy the art of the con. It's almost like a drug addiction to them. They need the thrill of cheating people. So, they go from one scam to another.

That means that your scam artist is still out there somewhere. Setting up his next scam. Using your money to do it. In the meantime, he's living high on the hog. Again, using your retirement money to do it.

Obviously, the longer you wait, the harder it is to find the crook. But, there are ways. Skip tracers and private detectives know how to do that. People are creatures of habit. They have friends and relatives. People they keep in touch with. All you need to do is trick one of them into revealing the whereabouts of the person you want. Very few people steal millions and then move to another planet. Chances are, they are out there somewhere, living it up. Many of them have vices that you can use. Drug dealers. Whores. Friends in the scam business. Unless your guy's living in a cave somewhere, you can usually find him with some luck and determination in less than 30 days.

Once you have the guy, it's not hard to convince him to give your money back. Chances are he's sitting on a considerable sum. He can't return everybody's money, but he d**n well can return what he stole from one or two people. It's just a question of providing him with the motivation to do that.

Of course, people who could successfully track a con man down and torture him until he returns the money are the kind of people who never end up getting burned in the first place. People who have the ability to sit down and think up a plan aren't the type to be sending their money to some crook they met over the internet.

Make no mistake here. Your money is still out there walking around. The guy you gave it to is using it to buy lap dances and drinks for all his friends as you sit here reading this. The only thing you really need to decide is whether you are bothered enough by that to go over and grab the guy up and make him give it back.

It's either that, or else you simply write the whole thing off and forget about your loss.

PPS and one set price

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

I see this whole thing isn't dead in the water just yet and see more people are coming along and seeing that these crooks did a lot of damage and mess up peoples lives. i am giving out my email which is wanderful@comcast.net b/c I'm in a different business known as vending and hoping to recoup money losses that my father endoured with these crooks. If anyone wants to share their experiences and I think my father has the attorneys info down in Fl. you can go to Yahoo site and hopefully my vending website comes up.

To the other guy about building up a business I decided to take the opportunity and to see how far I can get things going.

I'm not mentioning how much I spent but I'm also helping out Shriners. The machines I bought from the company are awesome and hope to make a decent fortune.

The people of one set price and platinumplus made it look really good. The problem now is nobody will stop them from what they're doing. Under the law they can keep doing this. WHen you lose more than $10k wouls you be outraged because they take you for a ride. There are attorneys working on this case and I doubt some people will get their money. I only put in $500. Pretty much everyone fell for this.

I have learned not to trust a company that has a celebrity because right there they want money up front.

I concur
the ftc has merely aided these scamsters. they report, the co's are without resources,to make any
of the duped(marks{us}).
In conclusion, they have not updated, (theftclegalremedy)), or any progress, in intercepting their ill received financial gains.

The question remains intact!?, is the will and integrity of the ftc viable. OR, is this simply a legal process which substantiates, and through the sieve of justice, is letting this organized crime operation, remove assets from the desperate honest common citizens another insult. There are not viable ways of creating income, without equalizing the scales of ability. People like you and i gave trust and most of our resources with nosetprice. Collectively many are deluged with law suits, making demands for refunds, for dysfunctional products and business ops.

Bottom line! As citizens of the usa. We have what appears to be meaningless representation. This is the rub. Yes, let the buyer beware! When the system allows them to redundantly, and with disregard to our rights and enough justice to serve the public.

The ftc has made it public info. These creatures named in the suit, in direct contrary to the asset freeze. Made numerous withdraws. What at present are the penalties levied on said law breakers of specific disregard to the courts mandate-s?!

It has been said you are inocent until proven broke!? Please Your Honors'the gate keepers of a legal legit country. I refuse to believe they prefer to allow another and another scam to bloom in the garde of PAul Bonnellie, Daivid Cultler, and in closing Richard Burton esq. who still can practice law. Mr. Burton you knowingly, advised these concionless emotionless cowards to be protected instead of full prosecution , to the full extent of the law.

If the Florida Law board allows Burton to file erroneous bully lawsuits? They are complicite!
I rest my case? Peace Sincerely,
Michael Edward Beckett

To think a defunct co is allowed with no representation to let stand a suit with no plaintiff and will not dismiss the suit filed by Burton against me.

Which has set me back another 2000 bucks. He just removes himself as their counsel while representing them with regard to the ftcs' mandates and other legal demands. Why is he not mentioned in the suit(ftcs)? How much money has he received for helping them pull off a complicit method of theft.

Research didn't matter

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

Steve, it sounds as if you thought you could protect your father with some background research of these companies. I, too, was a victim of the Platinum Plus Savings Scam. I did the research and found everything to be above board. The reason we were all duped isn't because these people ran a complete scam. It was because they didn 't follow up after they attracted the investment money. They may not have intended on following up, but I tend to think that they were prepared to follow up - but only if the distributors created the demand. I talked to all of the persons that were hired to give support. These were reputable people with expertise in marketing, IT, Commercial and Residential Phone services and internet sales. The catalog they produced with the celebrities modeling clothing and touting product was top notch.

However, what could not be researched adequately was the level of commitment the owners had. If, by some lucky happinstance, my research could have turned up the other businesses these people had started (under different named ownership), then perhaps a trend of starting businesses that sound good and aren't followed through on could have been discovered. But, the truth of the matter is that the other contemporaneous businesses that were failing under their leadership were doing so at the same time of the PPS failure. A good foundation was laid that mislead us all. The house of cards that toppled was built on this foundation. The key to understanding why we were duped is to understand that the extent of the research we could do at the time was to investigate the foundation - and it was solid.

I believe that if the initial group of distributors had created sales immediately after their training, then the follow-up staff was in place to go forward witht the business. However, they were being paid by our initial investment and when the demand (that we were told was already thered) was not created, there was no more money to pay them. They weren't going to stay around after that - thus what we were left with was a shell of a company lead by a schiester preacher - selling us pie in the sky. He knew there was no company to produce any product that we demanded, and that's when the real scam occurred. By keeping the distributors going, time was bought for the money to be shifted into the pockets of owners and I suspect the majority of it went into Pastor Richard Alan's pockets - why else would he have stayed so long. Incidentally, he told the FTC investigators that he was "going back into the ministry." All I can say is, you Florida Christians better keep the collection plates guarded.

One set price and Pliatinum plus

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Hey Paul:

I read a majority of your comments and hopefully you understand where a lot of us are coming from. My father and anyone else paid by using a credit card. The only problem with that is anyone who charged would be required in a certain period of time to call and have a dispute going. I didn't know if he was going to do it and actually I would have done the research. The thing that I learned from this is if a celebrity is involved the business will go south.

They tried Ed Mcmahon, Donald Trump, and the Mandrel sisters. I wish I was at the seminar because I would have asked them questions. I would have asked why $10k to $40k which yes sounds insane. I know where your coming from about starting a business but its not easy as many people see it.

One other thing I am suspicious about Florida since it sounds like a scam state and something else waiting to happen.

Hope you understand where I'm coming from.

Frustrated with all the fraud.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

Everyday, I see some kind of fraud. And, the heartbreaking results of it. People losing money that took them 10 years to save. Desperate people grasping at their last straw before their home is foreclosed. Dreams of financial independence crushed out like a cigarette butt.

At the time I wrote that, I guess the frustration got the better of me. I feel sorry for all the people who have lost. Yet, at the same time, part of me wants to scream out: why did you send these people all your money?

Make no mistake, oneprice and platinum were frauds. Frauds of the worst kind. They put their money into a big show and fancy presentation. Then, they provide training because they can do that for very little money. It's the actual product that costs money.

With phone cards, it's the phone line leases. The computer network. Those are the things that a fraud skips, because they cost too much.

The idea of any fraud is to keep you dancing for as long as possible. There are two reasons for that. One, they may be able to get more money from you. It's $500 more for putting your cards in stores. Then $750 more for advertising fees. Little by little, they can get another $6,000 from you over a year.

Second, they need to keep you quiet while they take others. If they simply cut you off and sent you home, you'd go screaming to every law-enforcement official you could find.

So, they need to keep you quiet. They waste your time with training, and a long string of broken promises. Since you are counting on this to work, you stick by them.

Meanwhile, they are collecting as much money as they can. And, moving it to places where it will be hidden and safe.

Oneset is the worst kind of fraud there is. They take your money and your hopes. Then, keep you dancing along for years, getting little or nothing in return.

Remember this one rule: Anyone who makes a business package is doing it to benefit them. THAT IS ALWAYS TRUE.

It could be a McDonalds franchise or a phone card con. With a fast food store, at least you get an actual business. McDonalds just makes $300,000 for helping you put it together.

Anytime you are paying someone to put a business together for you, they are making a lot of money on the deal.

That's why I always put my own deals together. I'd steal McDonalds idea and open my own restaurant. I just couldn't call it McDonalds.

Same with phone cards. I would have went down to Florida and attended their presentation. Then, went home and found out how to start my own phone card business without their help. Their salesman would be calling me back to see if I was ready to invest. I'd be laughing because I'd tell him that I already have my network up and running. The cards are almost done. I just finished my contract for the phone lines. I'd take the idea and go into business for myself with it.

Of course, I'd never do phone cards. Here, there are 25 kinds in every convenience store. There are plenty of cards already. All I would be is another vendor competing for the market.

When someone first told me about phone cards back in '96, I checked it out. I couldn't see any real money. Big players were moving into the market back then. I didn't feel it was smart to try to compete with them.

This was long before oneset ever heard of phone cards. Once the idea got going, they picked up on it and turned it into a fraud.

If you need ideas, you can go to entrepreneur magazine. I always see the things other people have dreamed up. Of course, I never buy their businesses. I just take the idea for free, and use it to put something together on my own.

I actually got a great idea out of that magazine once. It's the colored cement walkway deal. The guy in the mag sells the business. But, I went out and found out how to make the cement different colors. For big jobs, I was able to mix right in the Ready-Mix truck. For small jobs, I had a cement mixer on a trailer. Worked freakin' great. I put in all kinds of colored walkways and driveways. Once somebody on a street got it, all the neighbors wanted it too. Tons of money. Once the work started coming in, I was using all the Ready-Mix trucks. I'd line up 4 jobs that were all the same color. Pour at the first, leave it to the helpers to finish. I'd go on to the second, and pour again. Then, off to the third. By the time I was at the last house, the first job crew was done. They would meet me, and we'd finish the last place.

Back then, nobody was doing this, so I had the whole market to myself. I could charge as much as the customers would pay. There was no competition. The average job cost $600 to do. I was able to get $1500, sometimes $2000. Do three or four a day? Hell, you do the math!

And it all came out of a stupid magazine!

The point is take the idea and build your own business. Never buy from somebody else.

You know what one of the first things I ever sold was? It was a stupid little nonsense thing. I got a wood burning kit as a kid. I made all kinds of little things with it.

One day, I got the idea to make house name signs. You know, they say Mike and Mary Smith. I routed out the letters, then used the wood burner to make it look aged. People liked them. You could get $25 for something that cost you $4 to make. I peddled them on a bike, because I wasn't old enough to drive.

All my life, I had stupid little bullshit businesses that I thought up myself, or copied from something I saw.

Never did I pay anyone to set me up in business. This is why I get so frustrated when I see some con peddling nonsense.

Like I said, you need the ability to see a need in the community. Then, you need to figure out how to fill that need. Once you have those two things done, it's just a matter of working out a price and profit margin.

Look for ideas in Entrepreneur. DON'T buy the business. Instead start your own version. There are at least 500 ideas in every magazine. It's best if you are the only one doing it. But sometimes you can still make money even with competition. For example, I once had a little payroll business. You make all the paychecks for the employees of the business. That way, the owners don't have to fool around doing it themselves. At $35 a week, they saved more than the service cost them. ADP is the leader in this business. But, I was still able to go in and find 150 accounts. At $35 each a week, you do the math!

That was back in 1990. My up-front costs were a Compaq deskpro, a laserjet, and a MICR cartridge. Plus a payroll software package. MICR is magnetic ink toner that makes the bank routing code at the bottom of checks. That's how computers read the numbers, by the magnetism in the numbers.

You know how I found that stupid thing? I had a friend who had an eyeglass business. I dropped in one day and offered to buy him lunch, so we could sit and bullshit. He said that he couldn't because he had to finish up all the payroll checks for his employees. Bingo! Instant freakin' idea! Two months later, I was making his checks.

See a need. Engineer a solution. Once you do those two things, it's all downhill.

Gentlemen, get the stupid magazine. Find an idea. Go out and turn it into a little business. Don't ever let some con artist steal your money again!

What's this?
Paul, your latest response was refreshing without the insults. You still are under a misguided assumption that these people were phone card scam artists, when, as I pointed out in my last rebuttal, they were actually much more dangerous in that they offered a business opportunity and followed through to the point of providing product and training before they dropped the product, keeping the investors engaged for months (over a year in some cases) before finally "left town." That being said, your suggestions in this latest submission were very constructive and I applaud your effort.

I would add to your suggestions to those who feel victimized, the following. While this site is good to warn others about a ripoff, and it also offers a good way to "vent," it should't be a "crying towel." Move on from here. You can use what you have learned from these people - some of their ideas can be used in other businesses. Almost all of the products they offered are offered by the people who provided the product to them - and for a much cheaper price - usually a consignment deal. So, what I am telling you is that if you have deals out there from what you developed from offering the Platinum Plus Savings products, you can still offer most of the same things for very little cost.

Paul, your ideas concerning how to obtain information is well taken. You are obviously an intelligent self starter with initiative. However, I think that the OneSetPrice, Platinum Plus, etc. offerings were attractive to people who were willing to pay for some of the same information in a packaged form. Again, I say to those of you who feel so scammed, use the information that you learned - its a way to take someting from this experience - and apply it to other businesses. People like Donald Trump and maybe Paul have had many failures along the way - their success depends on taking what you learn from your mistakes and moving on to something - maybe many somethings - that are profitable.

#28 Consumer Suggestion

Build a business, don't buy one.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

The job market is tough. Anything that can be shipped overseas has been. What's left is trash jobs that pay low or minimum wages. No benefits, no future. When I was a long-haul truck driver, I went to areas of the country where you would have difficulty finding any job, minimum wage or not!

So, I know exactly what you mean when you talk about the job market.

Coincidently, this is when all the frauds choose to come out. Not only are there plenty of suckers, but also plenty of desperate people looking for essential income to keep their lives afloat.

I'm 46 now. I've had all kinds of little businesses my whole life. Not once have I ever paid someone to put me in business.

I always looked at the market and made a determination of what was needed. Then, I analyzed if there was a profit potential.

I heard of all the scams. I had a guy try to sell me oil well leases in the 80's. Then, it was precious metals. Then, phone cards. Plus 100's of equally rediculous concepts.

The best way to avoid this stuff is to read books on business development, management, and finance. That's what I did.

Once you have some business knowledge, you can see right away that the phone card concept doesn't work. So, if anybody's talking about big bucks, he must be a fraud.

Business knowledge allows you to plow through the sea of fraud and find the real profit opportunities.

The key is to always build your own business, from scratch. You never buy into someone else's business.

For example, you know how I get into the phone card business? I go out and buy a phone network. Then, I purchase the computer equipment to run the routing software. I lease my own lines from the local carrier. And, I print up my own cards.

That's how you start a phone card business.

Of course, there is no sense in doing that. The market isn't exactly crying out for a source of phone cards.

Don't feel too bad. The con artist here is almost as stupid. First, he's running the tired old phone card scam. The current thing is WIFI internet. That's what he should have been into. Plus, he should have given his victims back monthly payments. Once he had cash flow, the correct thing to do is move into a classic Ponzi. That way, the victims are happy. They tell others. That's how you turn a $5 million con into a $100 million con. The loser had no business skills either, just a good line of bull.

It's a shame I can't get your phone or email. I could explain how to do the 20 or so little businesses that I have started. Most of them are universal. They work in almost any community that has discretionary income.

There is always a way to start a small business. However, most all of them require long hours, and hard work. Do you know how I start a business? I drive around town and look at what the town needs! I have auto skills. Do they need a transmission shop? What about a body shop? Auto business all taken? Then, try clothing. Or, electronics.

Or resale. I remember one time, when I started a resale business. People brought in items they no longer needed and placed them in my store. I charged a commission based on price and lenght of time the item took to sell. Worked great!

You know how I got the idea? By looking at garage sales! I took the garage sale concept and put it in a store.

All you really need to do to build a business is look at a need in your community. Perhaps they need a product. Or, it could be a service. Then, research and find out what is involved in providing that product or service. At that point, you simply need to figure out the price and profit, and determine if the community would be able to support your business.

Once you have the concepts down, it's like A, B, C.

You know how I got started? By reading books in the library. Anything you want to know, somebody has already wrote a book about it. That's why I laugh when I see these lunatics paying thousands for business "coaches". The library has all the information you will ever need. And, it's free.

In conclusion, I'd say you should learn about what you want to do. No matter what business you buy or start, if you have no basic business skills, you will fail.

Learn, then create something of your own. It's the only real chance there is. As you finally see, you can't expect to sit back and let someone else find an opportunity and hand it to you.

Response to Paul of Anaheim the distributors who were "taken" allow you to "get into their heads" with your insults

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

Paul, I fear the effort with which you took to insult us belies your own insecurities with those who will take a chance. Or have you been scammed yourself? It is, at least, obvious that you have way too much time on your hands. I did want to let you know that you were wrong in your assumptions concerning the nature of these complaints.

You even admitted that you only skimmed the content. I suggest that you take the time to look at the credentials of the people who led these companies and the expense to which they went to attract investment before you write this off as a "get rich quick, envelope stuffing or work at home scam."

No one was promised anything other than the opportunity to work hard to sell innovative products. The problem with these people was not that they were trying to scam us, it is that they couldn't produce the products necessary to support the distributorships.

I lost considerable money with them, but, from the contacts I made through them and what I learned from them, I have put the product back together by contracting with their subcontractors.

I am marketing almost the same product they offered without any overhead. I hope that none of the distributors who were "taken" allow you to "get into their heads" with your insults.

Jobs aren't easy to find and because of jackass in office everyone seems to be going overseas for some reason. We have the worst economy in 75 yrs or more, its scary world. I only pd $500. I read what you put into it and I was thinking of doing vending machines to get into my own business. What real jobs are out there? And you can't believe that your hearing prosecution. Thank god I didn't spend what everyone else did. The problem was my father didn't do enough of his research and it has died down a lot.

There is an attorney on this case and the people who took that money have a little bit left and starting up new scams in the country. The Ftc fcc and the fbi are after these people.

Did you read the whole thing or are you just wasting your time on this.

#32 Consumer Suggestion

One not-so-simple question:

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

Where do you people get your money?

That's what I'd like to know. If I took everyone on this page, and added them all together, there would not be enough brains to work a ball-point pen.

My god! Talk of handing away thousands. Tens of thousands! Where do you get this kind of money?

I find it almost impossible to believe that any of you have actually lost anything big here.

Here's why. A sucker gets taken long before he is able to save up anything big.

The minute he has a $5 bill to his name, boom, he sends for some new get-rich-quick scam. Money gone.

Typically, they work all week, have $20 extra. Guess what? Suckered again? Never learn!

I have never seen a fool who could save up any more than a few hundred. Somebody always took them as soon as they had a spare dollar to their name.

Here's the real beauty! This is the part I can never get over. You guys get beaten for every dime you ever had. You get nothing in return. People laugh and point to you.

And, what do you do? You call back your stupid oneprice, day in and day out. Hoping to get a refund. Like anyone would ever send you a buck back!

I could see if you got suckered in an elaborate con that really took a lot of brains to put together. But, you never see any of the really good cons anymore. There's no reason to work that hard.

Why think up a really elaborate con, when a simple one will work just fine? You guys got taken for what, phone cards? I was trying to follow along. But, everyone is so busy talking about prosecution, persecution, and empty threats about getting even. I skimmed over the whole page.

But, it looks like the old phone card scam. Ancient. Let me guess, you are supposed to buy millions of phone cards and resell them for, like, ten times what you paid?

One last question. Did any of you people learn anything? Are you going to save up your next $50 and send it in to an envelope-stuffing scheme? What about a work at home deal?

Forget it. Don't answer that. I already know. Despite losing everything, you will all go on to the next crazy scheme. Doomed. A lifetime of failure.

Ok, here's my last question! What would it take for you people to give up your life of buying into one crazy scam after another? Obviously, losing all your money doesn't seem to stop you! What would it take to convince you to go out and get a real job, and stop wasting your lives on some foolish get-rich-quick scam?

Can anyone here tell me what it would finally take to put an end to your foolish ways? Is it even possible to end this? Or, are you all failure junkies, doomed to shoot up on one crazy scheme after another for eternity?

Since I have insulted you people, I will tell you the secret that you have spent your whole lives searching for.

There is a way to get rich. Yes, it does exist.

No, the money is not to be found in envelope stuffing. Or work-at-home schemes. Or internet sales. Or Ebay. Or telemarketing. Or your nonsense, phone cards.

The money is made by taking advantage of suckers. Always was. Always will be. You people came so close. Yet, you were so far. Always on the wrong side of the fence. Always the mark. Never the con artist.

My last question still stands. I know everything about you people. I know how you think. I know the right buttons to push to get you to send in all your money. I know exactly what to tell you to get you to mortgage your house and hand it over. But, the one thing I have never been able to figure out: what would it take to make you stop?

Collectively, if you could all answer that one question, maybe it would finally add value to your empty lives of desperation, broken dreams, and squandered income.

In addition, the owner of this site could use that information to help prevent others from repeating these same stupid mistakes.

Because, unless someone can find a way to cure people of this lunatic need to throw their money away, this site will continue to scroll on into eternity.

What would it take, people, for you to never buy into a scheme of any kind, for the rest of your lives?

I heard they still have some money. I also hope in the courts it doesn't take long. People like my father and anyone else who put in thousands of dollars are hoping to get back 1/2 the money. I also heard that these people can still get away with it for some reason. Its amazing how many violations these idiots have and that they can still do it.

Onesetprice and platinumplus... all that money is GONE

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

I was curious to see if any of the hotels have records on who reserves the space and time of some of the places. That could lead to something. Everyone is in the same boat. Basically it comes down to this.

Anyone who spent all that money on these crooks its gone. But there are sources going around that they have another site up. How can these people do it they have ways. I can imagine the charges these idiots are going to face in court.

But if anyone can call the hotels and other places where they reserve and go from there.

Guess what!!! They have been under investigation for about a year now

AUTHOR: Sophia - (U.S.A.)

Hey everyone, FYI, I have some news for you. I have spoken with some former employees who still worked at the company after I had left back in April and apparently the company has been officially shut down and is in the process of many law suites. They have been under investigation for about a year now and as of like a month ago they have been shut down. From what I hear (which might not be true coming through the grapevine) Cutler and a number of others affiliated with the company is being charged with over 500 accounts. If I hear anything else I'll let yunz know.

Violations by this group not mentioned yet.

AUTHOR: J - (U.S.A.)

Greetings,

I did not fall into this company's clutches financially, I did however receive MANY calls on multiple phone lines from them. I think that this is being far over looked here and that many people, especially now with the current situation for the company and its heads, can seek damages.

There are a few ploys in their abusive or intrusive sales and gathering techniques which not only violate our time at dinner but the law and most everyone who is called or has been called by them recently has a right to take action.

For a minimal fee of filing in small claims court you can sue these individuals for their flagrant disregard of your privacy and violations of The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA.

They are not allowed to call us before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. which they do. They are not allowed to have an automated recording call us without prior written permission and it must have the identity of the company at the beginning of the call with a real contact number and address at the end. They do not comply with this in any way calling me multiple times with a recording that goes on for over 10 minutes.

For each of these offenses they are liable for $500.00 fines/damages. In addition to this, they do not remove you from their do not call list and they do not adhere to the national do not call list. They called three separate lines of mine in 2 different cities, unlisted, no soliciting, DO NOT CALL list registered numbers a grand total of 38 times in 9 days.

What you can do, is log each call you get or got (the phone company can provide you with the back information for a price, giving you a print out of all calls from their marketing numbers) from the number 800-778-0532 (the normal calling number from this firm) or whatever number they may be calling you from. The first time they call you tell them not to call again (this takes nearly a half an hour of your time to get through their system to be allowed access to a real person all of which is time you can be paid for as recoverable damage since the time period itself is in violation of the law).

They are allowed to call one more time by mistake, after that each call is a violation. If you are already on the do not call list every call is a violation.

In short, by the absolute insured violations that this company has made this year alone, hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people are entitled to settlements from this company, it is simply a matter of us all filing and getting others to do so.

On another note, the company name Internet Marketing Group is in violation of copyright laws. It should be noted here that a very nice and decent, as far as I can tell honest man named Ed Taylor owns the name Internet Marketing Group and his company of the same name, his website http://www.internetmarketinggroup.com is in no way affiliated with these people.

It seems even the real and reputable Internet Marketing Group is a victim in this as well since it is their name that is being hopelessly blemished just by association due to the fraudulent use by Paul, Dave, Cindy & crew.

Another note to be aware of, they all read this report often. I know your reading this as well Cindy. A large number of us have made certain that Cindy and company receive a return call on their personal lines for every violation call they make we can prove.

Cindy has a habit of insuring people that if they give her their number and address she will remove them for certain immediately. Oddly on two fronts, when they tell her to have her employees with requests to be removed actually file them the calls do not stop, when you give her any info though, within 24 hours David will call you up and threaten you. David doesn't like his personal information or court and legal hassles being made fun of though, he reacts badly to it.

This is the sum of the information I can share at this time, calling hotels and their corporate offices to tell them when these people will be under their sign name holding a seminar is a step people should keep up, and point them to this report. Those of you who have given these people money, you have my deepest sympathies and hopes but it is likely a good deal will be lost. They own a lot of property though through second sources, people should look for and try to attach as much of it as possible. Cindy for example has her next quick thing going with her "CJ Ranch" in other words; Cindy & Johns Ranch (ain't that cute?) I bet everything is in John or someone else's name so as not to be attached in this type of legal issue.

No one seems to answer their phones their anymore at home or office, all voice mail systems are full at the office. I guess it all came crashing down.

Get out there and file your suits for the telephone soliciting violations, EVERYONE do this, victim or not, if they broke the law make them pay. Don't forget not to blame the REAL Internet Marketing Group, they have nothing to do with this gang.

Best of luck.

I exposed Cutler and IMG in Chicago to the FTC

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

I was able to track Cutler down from the illegal phone messages IMG made in Chicago. They must have called every household in Chicago as I got called on an obscure work number as well. They made every attempt to hide themselves incuding calling with ID # suppressed, using Hotmail email accounts, and their Web site had fake registration information.

After reviewing Internet records, I guessed that they were frauds but I knew that they had broken the law on using prerecorded voices for commercial solicitations. I called the hotel (Wyndham Garden in Naperville) to share my concerns about likely frauds going on in their hotel. Once IMG found out about it, Cutler had lawyers in Florida and Chicago threaten me with legal action. Once I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, he actually left me a threatening phone message that if I didn't withdraw my complaint he would "do something." My complaints - along with those of 12 other people - became the basis of the successful action against them.

I didn't know they were frauds but when you heard their phone pitch - wanting to know how many months you were out of work - it seemed like a scam. I talked to the Hotel GM recently and he told me that because of my actions IMG had two security guards at the hotel waiting to pounce on me if I showed up.

I am terribly sorry for those of you who lost money. I can provide information about the Chicago lawyer who threatened me not to interfere with IMG's activities.

I hope they lose everything. David - if you are reading this - learn to be an honest businessman.

the will of the FTC? Will any of us get $ back?letter from ftc bellow

AUTHOR: Zeek - (U.S.A.)

Sorry for the delayed response. However, in response to your question about the status of our case, I can now share the following information.

The FTC filed its complaint against Internet Marketing Group and eleven other individual and corporate defendants (including OneSetPrice, Inc.)
on June 28, 2004 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division (Civil Action No. 3:04 0568). The Court
in Nashville issued its ex parte Temporary Restraining Order on June 29, 2004.

The TRO appoints a temporary receiver and freezes defendants' assets, in addition to enjoining the defendants' from violating the FTC ACT, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, and FTC's Franchise Rule.

A preliminary injunction hearing was initially scheduled for July 8, 2004.

By order of the Court, the TRO has been extended and the PI hearing has been re-scheduled to July 19, 2004 at 9:00 am. The Court has indicated
that it does not want live witness testimony at the PI hearing.

The matter was filed under a temporary seal which has now been lifted.

The FTC will be announcing this action on its website (www.ftc.gov) shortly.

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation. The declaration which you provided was filed among the evidence we used to obtain the ex parte
TRO.

The reason i came across this page was by searching for the only name on the IMG website, Cindy Austen-Gannon.

Selling nutrient drinks. financial services...

AUTHOR: Darren - (U.S.A.)

Hi All:

Fortunately I haven't lost any money to someone like these guys. I have a friend that is always trying to get into multi-level-marketing scams. Selling nutrient drinks. financial services... whatever.

I took a look at www.rpm-group.com and they even have a pastor as the Director of Fundraising. Hahaha. Ain't that a kicker?

When I read the responses from the people that wrote in to say how wonderful the onesetprice company was... I couldn't help but think that you sounded like someone that had been "programmed" into some organization. "Before I came here I was a nobody, thanks to them I am now empowered to realize my maximum potential." A tip off are key phrases and words.

Also, from the people saying that the company is so wonderful, I didn't hear them talk about INVESTING money into this organization. The people that are upset are talking about multiple thousands of dollars lost.

As far as lawsuits against Mr. Bekkett... any idiot with an inkpen and $80 can file a lawsuit. What is interesting is:
NOTE**** NOTE**** NOTE**** NOTE****
THEY AREN'T ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND NOW!!!!

How can they be honorable and upstanding people when the facts don't support that they are? Doing an internet search I have found lawsuits AGAINST them.

If you go to their page http://www.get-shocked.com/beckett.htm that shows the lawsuit against Mr. Bekkett you will see that the entire website consists of that one page! Try going up to http://www.get-shocked.com/ and there is nothing there.

I really feel sorry for all past and future victims.

Does Dave Cutler Have Carte Blanche???? I just found out Dave Cutler and his groupies have started a new company

I just found out Dave Cutler and his groupies have started a new company, Internet Marketing Group, out of Tennessee. He has duplicated the business opportunity seminars and is going out again around the country selling business dreams for 20,000.00 plus. How can he be allowed to continue to do this ? Can't anything be done to stop this larceny. How in the world is this happening. I have exhausted all my contacts and without any monies that the lawyers can attach to nobody wants to do anything. The State department has the company on some sort of fraud alert and has started tracking financial records of ALL the parties involved. Supposedly Dave and Paul will wind up in jail. I just want my 23,000.00 back.Is there anybody out there that knows how to stop this and get our monies back. Can we call Vito and have the appropriate actions taken. How about a money trail-millions are gone-is anybody as frustrated as me???????

Apology, ONESETPRICE is STILL a Ripoff and doesn't even acknowledge letters from our attorneys

AUTHOR: Cyndi - (U.S.A.)

I would like to apologize to the people at onesetpriceusa. I was thrown by the redirect page to Radiant Telecom. And still am actually! I now know that onesetpriceusa and others are (were) individual distributors of OneSetPrice products that had chosen to advertise on the internet. Seeing that you had filed a suit with the Clerk of Court office in Orange Co. made me realize you were distributor also. It was confirmed by another distributor that has about 200 names of ripped off distributors and he told me yours and that onesetpriceusa was the name of your business. Please forgive me for being uniformed in that case.

ONESETPRICE is STILL a Ripoff and doesn't even acknowledge letters from our attorneys for a refund. I have talked to 3 people today that were ripped off more money than us. A lady in Utah lost the $75,000 and a widow in SC that used ins money to buy in for the $20,000 plus and a couple in South FL $27,000!! The money is probably gone. I have ordered the rip off guide and hope that it has some tips that can help. I doubt seriously that legal avenues will be able to help.

And Mr. Beckette - saw you in the ICLERK sight!! It is unbelieveable that they actually sued you!
What a day -- When the thief can sue the victim!!

I need help-all my resources are gone, bought a distributorship in early 2002 based on promises and assurances from One Set Price

AUTHOR: Henry - (U.S.A.)

I bought a distributorship in early 2002 based on promises and assurances from One Set Price. After finding out the product was a me too and that the supplier to One Set Price actually competes against us I settled on selling a minimal amount of cards with the goal of very slowly recouping my 14,000.00 investment.

Now no cards are working, the owners have closed up shop and moved on. I have met with the Florida Attorney General's office and they are aware that the owners of One Set Price have started a new venture,Internet Marketing Group, based out of Tennessee.

They have the names of all the players, Dave Cutler, Dave Valentine, Mike Kovac, Mike Hatch , Mike McDonald ,and more.

They have assured me their case is being processed and built and these players will have their day in court ,with very serious charges of interstate fraud and larceny.

Sentences could be as long as 20 years in federal prison.Apparantly other distributors from Illinois and Texas are also working on this situation.

If anyone receives any telemarketing calls from Internet

Marketing Group or Terminals Are Us beware. It is a rip off and your monies will be long gone without any regard to your well being.

Holding all the Cards-The Worthless OneSetPrice Cards!!

AUTHOR: Cyndi - (U.S.A.)

Today I have borrowed someone's computer because mine has gone berserk. So I cannot get the onesetprice "UPDATES" from the "Pastor" (and I take offense at that in itself!!) When I called some of the numbers that I have for OSP, the person I asked for was on another line and I was not allowed to hold on for them. When I called back again the phone would not connect. Oh my gosh!! Somebody is really tech savvy in this outfit. Crashing sites, funny viruses!! Paranoia is creeping in now, and I think for good reason! I have given these people the benefit of the doubt, but today I think I am wrong. I have not had any calls from anyone on the class action suit, though I wanted to be involved with it. And put my name on the list. Today Al Serano at "RPM" told me that the class action suit was filed for all the distributors. I could not get on the Orange County Clerk's website. It is down or something. The suit filed on Feb. 26 (I think, the 26th)was only onesetprice vs radiant. I do have that copy, though not here with me. BUT LOWWW AND BEHOLD, if you go into a site that sells onesetprice pinless! rechargeable phone cards -- called onesetpriceusa.com Click the online manager, you will be taken to a redirect page. And if you click on the numbers of the homepage it goes to RADIANT TELECOM. How can this be?? The onesetpriceusa site says you can find out about the cards at that site. It is in Portland, Oregan!! I haven't called there yet, as I am still freaking out. But now I am calling the attorney general's office. We took out a second mortgage!! We figurd that if it was associated with AT&T and Level3 and all those others that it would be a good company. I am feeling like a real sucker now!! The BBB said it was a good company when we got in! I don't want to give anything away to anyone reading this site so that is all I will say. I want my money back. I want some people in jail.

1SetPrice.com Establishes Internet Presence

Lunenburg, MA 12:04 am Feb 28, 2001

1SetPrice.com Establishes Internet Presence

1SetPrice.com prides itself in offering an extraordinary lineup of exceptional products and services designed specifically for consumers and small businesses.

Today's Internet launch coincides with the unveiling of an extraordinary cost-saving, long-distance program targeted at the small business market.

Through an exclusive marketing arrangement, 1SetPrice is offering several calling plans designed to meet the needs of the specific client, both residential and business users, ranging from the high volume caller to the low end user. Starting with rates at an incredible 2 cents per minute (cpm) or less. Heavier users can super size their order and get qualify for rates as low as 1.3 cents per minute (cpm).

Flat rate calling plans have been around for a couple of years, says David Cutler, Co-Founder and President. However, they have fallen into disrepute because of the way the plans were structured. Earlier zero cents per minute unlimited plans counted on people not taking full advantage of their service. If utilization was too high, the provider had to suspend service or go out of business. That hurt a lot of customers and caused the industry a bad name.

1SetPrice, on the other hand, has taken a different tack, as Paul Bonnallie, 1SetPrice.com Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, explains: We have negotiated one set price for a large block of minutes from a top-tier carrier. Our customers are therefore guaranteed that those prepaid minutes will be available and we have enough profit margin to ensure that we are financially sound. If a subscriber goes over their allotted minutes, they simply pay a low per-minute charge for the overage."

Ted Blanchard, of LightningMortgage.com and one of 1SetPrice's first subscribers, had this to say: As an Internet Mortgage company doing business across the country, telephone is one of our biggest expenses. It's helpful to be able to predict my long-distance cost for the month and who can beat 1.8 cpm? I really appreciated the simple on-line sign-up procedure, the rapid activation and I love the portability. The system allows you to program your office, home or mobile phones so that you don't even have to dial a PIN! When I'm on the road or in my branch office, I can use the service like a calling card. This is the most flexible service I have ever seen, the price is right and the sound quality is good. Hey, I'm thinking of becoming a marketing representative and putting a sign-up link on our LightningMortgage.com site so our customers can benefit from this too!

The company sells exclusively through a national field force of independent marketing representatives (IMR). John Schroeder, 1SetPrice VP Field Operations explains, By becoming an independent affiliate or IMR, you will find that this is one of the best business opportunities around. You will also have all the support and training needed to grow a successful business. We like to say that "You Are In Business For Yourself But Not By Yourself". Marketability? A 1.8 cents per minute long-distance plan is an easy sell to a cost-conscious small business owner. Compensation? This product pays residuals for life and our proven lead-generation system ensures that those who choose to partner with 1SetPrice will never be short of people to talk to."

What does the future hold for 1SetPrice.com? As Randy Duhon, 1SetPrice Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer concludes, We plan on adding other high value offerings to our product line and you can count on competitive prices, premium quality, and excellent customer service. It is our goal to assist all of our clients, associates, and members in the pursuit of their individual goals. Our approach is to provide a package of products and support that will enable everyone to succeed and empower the entrepreneurial sprit that lives in each of us.

AUTHOR: K - (U.S.A.)

You are right!!! The money is drained from the company....they are about to make their move and run! Don't give them any money for a class action lawsuit, as you will not get anything in return and money will be use to go to the "owner" and not for a case.

Radiant file suit agains OSP over a month ago because OSP owes Radiant quite a large sum of money...OSP was trying to buy their time and tried to pay them with a check from an account that isn't even good anymore....Radiant is not the person you need to go after for those useless cards...you need to go after the people who sold them to you, and that is OSP.

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

All my cards are worthless. I am tired of getting calls on my rip off cards. Now I am told that Radiant, the supplier, has stopped service. This is not OSP's fault. They want me to contribute 2500.00 to join a class action lawsuit which will net me triple damages. What- do I have stupid tatooed on my forehead? Do they really think i do not know the truth that all monies have been drained from the company into off shore accounts for the owners. Now they are selling terminals with a new company name, taking peoples monies and dreams.how can these people be allowed to take millions of dollars and not go to jail for a long time.what will it take to have these people face up to their fraud and crimes.how can the government allow this to continue. i am certain that these owners will face the music and be locked up for 20 years or more.my meetings with the FBI and attorney general was productive-kim baer, rosa ,and mgmt will all be in jail for a long time.meanwhile i cannot pay my bills and my retirement is gone.whatever happened to paul bonnallie

DEATH IS NOT SOMETHING TO BE USED AS A TOOL FOR YOUR SELF INTEREST.

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

As on outsider to this whole situation and a supporter of this site which is used by the entire world I would like to make some suggestion to both parties.

Obviously "G" was not saying Mr. Blankenship was a dog, however was talking about "Sunny" the companion of the writer of that rebuttal. Before writing something negative please read and understand what is being said.

The loss of someone's life is not something to be negative about. This would be a sad time for the family who is involved and they would need support from everyone.

You should not use the death of someone to make others feel sorry for you "Zeek" that is not ethical on your end. You said he was your friend then you would know what his cause of death was and you would also know if it was just his time to go to a better place. If it was his time to go to a better place then what does the company have to do with this passing of a life. Don't use peoples morning time for your own interest people, have a heart.

I do not know Mr. Blankenship however I would like to give my regards to his family and friends. Also God please rest this mans soul in peace.

Many people attend our seminars looking to change their lifestyle and we give them the opportunity

AUTHOR: Claudia - (U.S.A.)

.."The one who cannot restrain their anger will wish undone, what their temper and irritation prompted them to do." - Horace

I am completely amazed that some people have the audacity to speak so negatively about OneSetPrice. Many people attend our seminars looking to change their lifestyle and we give them the opportunity to do so through our business opportunity. It has never been our policy or practice to force people to purchase distributorships. In fact, we require that they attend 2 seminars and a private meeting before we will allow them to become distributors. We also check their personal references, and provide them with all the financials and disclosures required by law. Beyond the seminar process, we help them in every way possible to build their business. We are upfront and tell them that the business will not make them rich immediately, nor will it grow without effort on their part. In our training program we even go as far as to tell them not to focus on landing large accounts because they take time that smaller accounts provide cash flow while the larger ones get closed. The owners of this company have never been out to take advantage of anyone. I think if people were to dig a little bit further, they would find that the management team at OSP does everything in its power to help people better themselves and the lives of their families. To speak from my own personal experience, they have given me tremendous opportunities to educate myself and further my career. When they promoted me they went as far as to give me a bonus to go buy more professional clothing. In a way they have polished me into a very respectable version of my former self. They have taught me that I can be successful and that they have more faith in me and my abilities than i ever will. Working for this company has been the best opportunity I've ever had and it deeply offends me that people would think we were out to do them harm.

completely open-minded to people from all walks of life

AUTHOR: Robert Carpenter - (U.S.A.)

In reference to all of Michael Beckett's accusations against OSP and the owners of our company:

This is the first company I have worked for that is completely open-minded to people from all walks of life. When I initially met the owners of OneSetPrice, I was a waiter at a restaurant that they visited from time to time. I got into a conversation with them in which they asked me what type of experience I had in sales and I told them. I even let them know that I had a somewhat colorful past. They asked if I had learned anything from my mistakes and I told them that I had and they asked me to come in for an interview on Monday. Now I have been an employee at OSP going on two years and I have grown with the company and have gotten a lot of hands on experience in different fields such as phone skills, sales, administration, field work, and now management. The owners encourage us to better ourselves in life. They request that we go and buy specific books, go to different resources to collect certain information that only could help us as a person better our lives and they do not treat us just as employees. If I was never given the chance to be a part of this company I do not know where I would be today. So I would suggest you do some research on our company and the owners that run it.

My OneSetPrice Experience has been a wonderful opportunity

AUTHOR: Kris - (U.S.A.)

OneSetPrice has been a wonderful opportunity for me and I value every moment that I have been involved with this incredible organization. My tenure here has been one tremendous learning experience after another. The owners have been an inspiration to me on both a professional and a personal level. Personally, I admire the owners' vision, drive and determination. I am forever indebted to the owners for showing me what can be achieved if you believe not only in yourself but in others as well.

Sincerely,

Rebuttal to Michael Beckett's accusations, I have excelled in ways I never thought possible

AUTHOR: April - (U.S.A.)

At the beginning of my adventure I must admit I was a bit intimidated. I had very little experience in the job that I would be performing, but in the Owners' vision I was just the type of individual their company was looking for. Through his guidance and nurturing I have excelled in ways I never thought possible. The education that I have received while working with this organization has impacted me professionally and personally. For that reason I feel like I will forever be indebted to Onesetprice.

Sincerely.

Why I work for OSP

AUTHOR: Al - (U.S.A.)

RPM has given me the opportunity to use my skills and talent as a coach to my fullest potential. In the short eleven months of being employed here at RPM, I've learned more about owning and operating a business than ever before. It is because of working here at RPM, I'm able, confident and ready to go and start my own business venture. This has been a real world experience for me. To me RPM is not just a job; it's building something from the ground up. I am proud to be a part of that.

Sincerely,

#90 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mr. Beckett, as he was not entitled to anything

AUTHOR: Paul - President - (U.S.A.)

We at OneSetPrice, Inc. (OneSetPrice) are bothered greatly by Mr. Michael Beckett's posting on this website.

We are concerned primarily because this type of irresponsible behavior is detrimental to everyone associated with OneSetPrice, including its customers and distributors, not just OneSetPrice, itself.

We have tried working this matter out with Mr. Beckett (and his father) several times; however, Mr. Beckett keeps escalating his "poison" emails to OneSetPrice (and some of its independent contractors and staff).

Please know that Mr. Beckett became a OneSetPrice Distributor by entering into a written agreement with OneSetPrice. OneSetPrice has provided Mr. Beckett with everything he had contracted to receive under that agreement.

Moreover, OneSetPrice did everything it could to help and provide Mr. Beckett with support; however, Mr. Beckett's actions made it impossible. Mr. Beckett refused to follow up with his own customers, and then blamed us.

Mr. Beckett received exceptional training and support enabling his success in this business. Video proof and verification is located at www.get-shocked.com/beckett.htm

Mr. Beckett yelled and screamed at OneSetPrice's staff, and then blamed OneSetPrice for not helping him (in that order). OneSetPrice called him back and left messages, which Mr. Beckett refused to return.

OneSetPrice called Mr. Beckett more than once and advised him that OneSetPrice would continue working with him, if he would only stop cursing and yelling at staff; however, he refused. It got to the point that no one at

OneSetPrice would or could discuss anything with Mr. Beckett he even cussed out Mr. Bonnallie, OneSetPrice's President, who was on the phone trying to help him. Onesetprice we later contacted by Mr Beckett's father Samuel, who applogized for Micheals behavior.

Mr. Beckett then sent emails demanding payment of $30,000 to stop him from doing all of the terrible things he promised to do to OneSetPrice, and the others. OneSetPrice, refused to pay off

Mr. Beckett, as he was not entitled to anything. So the libel and defamation of character started, and kept on increasing. Then came the demand for $50,000 and the threats of criminal prosecution, jail,

It is OneSetPrice's attorneys' belief that Mr. Beckett has violated both Federal and State criminal statutes by his conduct, and these matters are now being investigated by appropriate authorities

Further, in an effort to stop Mr. Beckett's illegal and irrational conduct, OneSetPrice, Inc. has filed a 23 page (excluding exhibits) civil complaint and civil law suit against

Mr. Beckett, including a request for an Emergency Temporary Restraining Order to stop his Malicious, and totally irrational actions (click www.get-shocked.com/beckett.htm to see

OneSetPrice's suit filed against Mr. Beckett:).

Yes, Mr. Beckett's actions are seriously hurting OneSetPrice; however, OneSetPrice has done nothing wrong. So does OneSetPrice simply give into Mr. Beckett's latest $50,000 extortion demand and threat;

Or does OneSetPrice do the right thing fight to protect itself, its distributors, its customers, and the jobs of its many employees? We think the answer is obvious.

Respectfully submitted by OneSetPrice, Inc.

onesetprice aka pdm group of central florida aka quick add board inc, Why have they used so many names in less than 3years?

AUTHOR: Zeek - (U.S.A.)

always ask yourself why won't they put anything in writing? Why have they used so many names in less than 3years? Why are they now mentioning a "refund program"? Why has the bbb thrown them out? Who is john campbell? And fyi here are more addresses used by the same folks at onesetprice. And what happened to platinumplus savings? onesetprice 3 n lancey ave pittsfield ME o4967 and retail-business 326 w park st crowley, LA 70526. before you sign the contract! ask how many recharges have been made using their calling cards? How many active distributors are there from the original ones sold? And ask for these

successfull distibutors phone#'s.

For the record the prospectus they purport, is erroneous! They have minimal net worth! They have no track record(NONE!).

They want to bring rpm(whatever they call it public. Which will be their next bigger RIP-OFF. If they have 500 distributors?, where did the 500X's 15,000.00 go? That would be seven million five hundred dollars. What is their net worth again?

AND the have sold many ditributorships for up to 72thousand dollars. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEM! They don't have their own back bone! They use Radiants. What happened to wcv(world class vacations. AND who wants stock from a worthless company. DON'T sign on! Why create so many co.s

That sound the same or are similar to real businesses!
