optic fast poor service,un organized,delay after delay brooklyn New York

Sent my wifes sunglasses for repair needed arms re attaching to frame,after 5 weeks received an invoice tfor payment  $61.99 which i paid, supposedly glasses now ready to be shipped back to me repair. Now seven weeks still not received,I called again,I was told that they somehow forgot to send them to the repair center,and they would now contact me again to let me know how long it is going to take. talk about being un organized. They have the same person answering the phone for customer service,sales ,billing, etc, and you are kept on hold for 15 minutes before they pick up, total rip off in both service and honesty. find some one else to take care of your optical needs, This company is a joke.
