Optical Center/ Sean Sold me glasses that I didnt need Newton New Jersey

I went in for an eye exam, I was told I needed prescription glasses, I was directed to the eye glass area, I was then upsold on certian products, such as progressive lenses, after receiving the new glasses, I wore them for several days. I experienced dizzyness, and headaches. I was advised to bring them back. After further review by the sales person, they reccommended a re check, another doctor re tested me, and advised me that I dont need glasses, I need reading glasses only. I spent $340.00 over the insurance coverage for glasses I dont need, and they advised me that since the lenses were already made, they were not refundable. If the procedure was done correctly the first time, I wouldnt need the glasses in the first place, and I shouldnt have to pay for something I dont need. I also believe that this may be insurance fraud. from their reaction, I believe this happens a lot!
