This is a exchange I had re order i had placed. In addition to the e mails i also faxed them..
The credit was not received and I had to dispite the charge with the CC company
Coincendently The day of the last exchange I received a fraud alert from my CC company of several attempts to charga over $500.00 to Western Union. I am not saying for sure it was this company but it's very suspicious.

Hello, You stated you have credited my card on 4/25. I did not place the order until 5/30. The credit has not appeared on my statement. The account has been closed and I have disputed the charge of $157.40 you charged me on 5/30
I found your company to be unresponsive to my several e mails and faxes regarding this purchase. I will post my feelings on the internet to hopefully dissuade others from having a bad experience with your company
