I tried to make a deal with them then they informed me I could nt make partial I was going to call my mom and borrow the rest then lady on the phone informed she could take that payment and I would skip a payment and for 3 months 1400 and some change but it had to be set up as automatic draft. well long story after they took the last 1400 they sent back my partial and said I was in foreclosure. I needed 10 k to reinstate my that the sheriff would be there in ten days to throw me. I call the company they continue with the scary tactics then I called an atty who informed me I had to file bankruptcy. so I cashed the check they sent me back to pay the atty. I put 30 k down on a 109k home put 15 k into i.t keep in mind I was only 200 dollars short originally .now I don't have a home and that much for rent

I called option one mortgage because I was 200 dollars short for my regular payment in march of 2007 the lady on the phone informed me that they don't take partial payments my payment was 808 so I said aloud oh I guess I should call my mom and borrow the rest the lady stopped me and well there is one thing we can do. I can take what you have now and then next month you won't have a payment and then the following 3 months after you will pay 1400 a month but you have to set up automatic draft so obviously I was excited to hear I didn't have to call anyone to help I could take care of it myself.

well after they took the last 1400 I was suppose to go back to my regular payment but that is not what happened. they sent me back my partial payment i originally gave them to set up this deal informing me they didn't take partials and I was in foreclosure that I had ten days to get out 10k to reinstate my loan. they used scary tactics to scare me into getting my things out to protecttry stuff then I called an attorney and he informed me I had to file bankruptcy. keep mind originally I was only 200 short not behind at all. so I cashed the check they sent back to pay lawyer I still lost my home no one helped.

instead I got a payment of 1400 every month because they wanted roll medical bills and all my bills to one payment did not include utilities. the proof is in the documents. I didn't have automatic draft to start and my payment was only 808 at tabc bank records reflect this never late 18 months but one dreadful I made the mistake of trusting their customer service to help only needed 2 more hundred they were able to change my life forever. I have never recoveredlost my job because I could get my head out of it at work. not several other insult to injury that someone actually took the time to listen they would be disgusted
