I have been working with Trans Continental Talent for the past 4 years. Today I found out the truth. I started in the mailroom just delivering stuff to all the bigshots. The President of our company comes to work in a brand new Porsche 911 convertable. I have to ride by bike to work everyday.
Well here is what happened I was delivering mail to the assistent vice president and walk into the room and saw something that shocked me to the point I am now on medication. This President of the company was playing golf in his office on some little putty machine, hear I am slaving away for this place and they are enjoying themselves.
Well I let him have a piece of my mind and he just stared at me walked up to me and slapped me told me to get my things and leave. I cant believe this after 4 years of hard work. I never even took any extra sick days off only my alloted ones each month.
Well Now I will teach them, what I will do is post bad stuff about them on the internet. File your own Rip-off Report together we will topple this Giant. If someone doesnt do something about this they are planing on buying out MTV and also a movie studio next month. They will take over I tell You soon there will be now more channels on TV like NBC or CBS it will be only on channel TCT. I have seen there plans they are planning this and we must stop them.
for goodness sakes- they own the Chippendales, a pizza store, an airline, a record company and now like 200 or something websites. they are huge and won't stop unless we stop them first. File your own Rip-off Report!

Every one of these complaints. Is just some whiner that wants something just handed to them. Because this industry is just a dream for many . People are still dreaming when they get involved.
It doesn't matter if your a model or a scout. Everything the company does They tell you what to expect 1st. But when someone (still dreaming that they will be a star by waking up some day that way) wakes up and realizes there still some work to do on there side. They complain!
Even like this person who just complained. So what if you worked there 4 years as the mail person. Why didn't you work your way up??Why dont you try and get somewhere now? Instead of just slamming your ex employer? I had 27 employees at one time if one person started telling me off for my sucess i would fire them also. I went from bankrupt to making my 1st 6 figure income in 1 yrs time! (not with tct) its all about you.
Don't blame a company that gives you an oportunity. Also dont expect to do as well as somone else if you dont do the same things he or she did to get there. As for all the complainers . If you put as much effort into beterring yourself as you do in trying to blame someone for something you will make out pretty good. I will say that with all this junk about TCT being a scam, does make it hard to scout and because its commision based you sometimes feel you work for free.
Tell me how a company can provide over 420,000 opportunities for there talent per month and be called a scam. Nothing the company does for it talent nor there scouts or other employees in bad. Everything is explained in the beginning and make sense. I can't explain business to non business minded people. but that all it is a business oportunity for both sides of the industry!

This is sick and doesn't have anything to do with whether TCT is a ripoff or not. It's people like you ("Let's post bad stuff about them on the Internet just because I thought one guy was a d***!") that make things hard for the rest of us.
