#2 Consumer Suggestion
I clicked the "No thanks, I like my cavities button"

The order form for the free sample for $1.97 shipping charge has two buttons. One says you accept the $49.50 charge for additional merchandise. The other one says "No thanks, I like my cavities". I licked the "No thanks" button and have a printout of the order.
The rebuttal from the company employee is BS. He says if you accept the "free" offer, you automatically agree to pay Oral Bright $199. The conditions further state that to cancel this order it has to be placed within 15 days. It was 17 days after my order before I read the d**n thing. This is a very misleading scam. It is typical of most internet fraud "free" offers.
A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company if anybody can figure out who they are.

Not a scam

TO whom it may concern,
This company is not a rip-off. The advertisement is advertising the free bottle but you have to check a box before you order stating you accept the terms and conditions. If you check that box and don't read the terms and conditions the company is not liabile for that. WHen ordering products online you should always read the terms and conditions, that is why the check box is there. If you wish to read the terms and conditions here is the URL for that.
