I purchased a backyard pool for my gtrandchildren from this company through Amazon.com

The pool arived missing most of its parts and is useless without them. Contacting the seller during normal business hours brings an Outgoing message telling they only accept complaints by email.

I contacted the manufacturer's representative as listed in the assembly instruction sheet and was advised that my call was the second call they got this week complaining of the pool arriving missing the exact same parts mine is missing and that this company is not an authorized seller of their products, and because of that they would give no support.
