I am  writing this report for the reason of a multimillion dollar company not providing proper service or fixing broken meter in a timely manner. Also the overcharging of bills on a monthly basis, reading water meters on say June 30th but on the payment slip they read it on the 5th of August.

I have had to report to the park office each month for the last three months (at least this is when we caught the problem) to complain about readings. While in the office it has been spoken by the office personel about the water problem and complaining about the people that come up there about it.

Most people would complain and say I took care of my bill but you have to look at the big picture. If they are making thirty extra dollars off of one person what about the other 400 to 500 homes in the park. We are also being charged thirty two dollars as a base with no none minimum amount of water that can be used.

They said it was so JEA could read and keep up the meters but JEA does not read the meter nor do they repair them, the park personel does when you can get them to do it. I am not the only one in the park having problems and to my knowledge it is not being taken care of. The park still owes me refunds for three months and it has not been taken care of, but it has be placed on the bill as a previous charge unpaid.
