Do not belive the turn around time. You will get excuse after excuse.  The CD worked jsut fine and they say becaue the box was small  that it was broke in shipping and they had to replace it too.  Doubled the price of repair I was quoted. I do not belive that is the case but they have the radio and I am not there to argue the case.  But from prior ripoff reports I am reading to late I doubt it was broken. Only a lie on their part to get a higher bill.  Also when time is of the essance they are very slow to resond.  Diane knew that we needed the radio returned ASAP.  It was delivered there on Tuesday and supposed to be returned  within 24 hours. It is 2:00 PM on Friday and she leave for the weekend.  ZERO customer service there oh great Diane.  They now want over $110 just to send it Fed Ex for tomorrow delivery.  Excuse after excuse of why they could not live up to theri promises.  And do not want to help at all.  Avoid this place.
