OSP Communications - The Billing Resource Fradulant Collect Calls from Alabama Tucson Arizona

Received my ATT bill and the last page held a bill from OSP Communciations - The Billing Rescorce for $13.21 for a collect call from Fort Payneal Alabama. The date was from 2 months ago, but since this bill is for my office and I am the only person here I knew this charge was bogus, I don't accept collect calls "EVER". I immediatly called the # on the bill and for 2 days the phone was busy, so I callee ATT and filed a fraud complaint and they removed the charge from my bill but stated that this company could bill again and again. So I called the billing resource # on the front page of the ATT Bill and was able to to get the charge credited back, they said 2+ billing cycles, but I will keep checking and make sure it gets on there. This company thinks since the charges are small, no one will complain. They are nothing but theives!
