If you purchase sunglasses from this website,

., beware. It is a scam because I paid the price for the glasses, saw the internet page that said tax free, free shipping, and paid 167.00 for sunlglasses. The website (I have screen shots says Free Shipping Guaranteed, Tax Free, The price you see is the price you pay for USA Customers, No duty Fees). This is a lie! Screen shot of their online screen.


Notice it says "we will refund you." I refused to pay any additional costs from Fed Ex and reported it to Fed Ex to investigate. I have never heard of buying something online and then being sent an additioal bill later (two weeks later) in the mail from Fed Ex. I was sent a bill from Fed Ex. for $31.00 after the online purchase via mail and When I complained here is what
the company stated below via email.

I refused to pay anything and reported them to the following sites: Ripoff report, Fed Ex Abuse abuse@fedex.com,
FBI Internet Crimes https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx?,
support@otticanet.it,info@sunitaly.eu, info@otticanet.com, info@fashionstar.it. They are several people all working together as sister companies.

Messaggio: Dear Thanks for your email. I am sorry about this, but do not worry, we will refund you the import duties. This process is very easy and swift. First of all, I kindly ask you to pay the bill to Fedex in your country. Then in order to get a refund, you have just to click on the following link: http://www.otticanet.com/en/otticanet/tax-refund/ and enter your order number and the email address you used when you ordered. After that you will have to indicate the duties amount and attach a copy of the 3rd page of the Fedex invoice, with the title Fedex Express Shipment Detail by Tracking ID (Original). We need please the page where we can read the amount you are asked to pay for and your OT- order number or the tracking code of your shipment.

As stated on our website Otticanet.com and in the e-mail sent to the customer we DO refund bills for import taxes to the U.S. The customer should pay the bill from Fedex and then send us a copy of the bill and we refund the total within 3 business days on the card used for payment or through the customers Paypal account.
