Oversize Solutions Bad Product. Will Not Return Messages. Deceitful Advertising. Ypsilanti Michigan

I purchased an expensive Pragma King Sized Bed Frame in November 2012, and it was guaranteed to serve my special needs. Several months later, the frame collapsed. I attempted several times to contact Oversize Solutions but received no answer.

I did business with Oversize Solutions because its website promises Satisfaction Guaranteed. According to its About Us section of the site, it "was founded out of frustration.  So many store-bought products wear-out, break, or are simply low-quality.  We felt there was a need for high-quality products that would last.  Businesses don't buy flimsy low-quality products, so why should we?" All of those words are written to engender trust, but they are lies. Their bed frame s flimsy, it didn't last, and the company does not honor its own Satisfaction Guaranteed policy or bother to answer customer inquiries and complaints.

The company indicates you can purchase items by phone, yet it has disconnected its phone number. It does not answer email inquiries regarding service.
