Overstock Silver I placed an order for a bracelet and did receive it but the quality was very poor and I paid to return it, tracked it and confirmed returned to this company and never received my refund so I not only paid for the item and paid postage to return the item, which they did receive back, they never refunded my money. I called them and emailed them multiple times and they have not been responsive. Hunt Valley Internet/MD

I placed an order from Overstock Silver in 2013 for a Christmas gift of a bracelet.   I did receive the bracelet but it was very poor quality, as if a child made it so I returned it via USPS and tracked it and confirmed they did receive the return.   After paying for the original item and then paying the return postage, they never refunded my credit card for the original purchase price of the bracelet.      

I called them multiple times and left messges adn also emailed them multiple times and they have not refunded my money.        Do not buy from this company, their products are very poor quality and they do not refund your money if when they get the product back, although they do claim to have a return policy for full money back.    They kept my money and they also kept the product.  I gave them my money for nothing and they are non-responsive and not willing to help.
