ownerwiz.com and lexington law firm this is a scam to lure you into credit repair with a promise of a home buying opportunity, Internet

Ownerwiz.com promises to get you into a rent to own own home with little or no money down, with no credit or bad credit.  And they promise you a list of homes to choose from in as little as two minutes.  Then they turn you over to Lexington Law Firm who promises to fix your credit report for a small fee.  Of course this turns out to be several hundred dollars but you are promised that if you begin the process you can go ahead and find a home and live in it while they are working on your credit. 

Of course, now you are unable to get the list of homes from ownerwiz, because they don't answer the phone and when they finally do (after 2 weeks) they don't know what you are talking about and they don't give out  lists of homes until you pay $109.95 to join (what).  After you pay this money, they will put you in contact with an agent in your area who will get all your income and credit info and get you qualified for a home which you have to locate yourself. 

Then they find an investor to purchase the house and rent it to you.  Then they also tell you that you have to be able to pay at least $800 a month and you have to show proof that you have at least $2500 to put down.  What happened to No Credit or Bad Credit OK and $0 money down?  And when they start taking money from your bank account, it is next to impossible to stop it.    I don't know how they continue to get away with it.  I can't find anyone who has actually been through this and come out with a home.
