ownwiz THEY ARE A RIP OFF. WE DID WHAT WE WAS TOLD. BRASELTON, Georgia

I started with ownwiz in Oct 2010 to find a house. we did all the steps they asked for in a very timely maner. as we have a fax and internet. they even informed us to drive from alabama to florida where we wanted to buy the house and look. we spent a week. and found the house we wanted. it cost me money to go to fl. stay in motels, eat. beside being disable didn't help. i called them right away and even e mailed them with the house address. they take money from you every month that they stall and you even have to use there credit reports. the house was sold out from under us. as we talked to the realtor and she said she called them several times and they wouldn't return her call. they are very very rude they hang up on you. won't lisson to people. they lie to people. we gave them our credit card # to take out the monthly fees. they took out money for oct 2010. then closed us out dec 2010. then in jan 2011 took money out of my credit card again. now some thing does't sound right. they took it out before. when we had enough of them they said they was closing our account with them that was dec 22,2010. when they was turned into bbb. they was givin 10 days to reply. it took them over 30 days to reply. they told bbb that we never payed them for nov. now under stand they took out for oct. why didnt they take out for nov or dec.

this company is a ripe off. i am a disable person and a veteran. that was wanting to buy a house. i sent a fax to senator frank ginn he was to get back with me the next day. i waited 2 weeks then i called and he didnt even have the gail to talk with me. he had a person in the office tell me he couldn't do any thing because i didnt live in his area in ga. i called him because this business is in his area. here is any way for the governor not to help. here is govorner frank ginn phone number 404-656-4700. his e mail is frank@frankginn.com i am asking every one to call and e mail frank ginn. and complain. also make a complaint with the state of georgia consumer protection here is there number 404-651-8600. we all must help each other out to either get this company to do as they claim or put them out of business. i feel the govornor could do some thing even not give or take their liesenc way from them.  please every one call and keep emailing governor ginn. and the state of ga. some thing most be done about this company. just read all there complains. they are a scam and taking peoples hard earn money. help. help. please send e mails to every one you know no matter what state they live in ask them to complain. we must do some thing with this company.  thanks.
