P.A. Greene Photography The photographer and owner of the company, Paul Greene agreed to take 4 photos of me for a certain price. Being naive, I paid Mr. Greene his entire fee before he completed his work. After taking a variety of indoor photos of me, he expressed that my outdoor 4th photo choice would have to be done at a later date when it was warmer. I waited for several months to contact Mr. Greene to ensure that it would be warm enough to Internet

I paid the owner and photographer, Paul Greene in full to take 4 photos of me. He took 3 photos and promised to take the 4th photo outdoors when the weather permitted. Being that I paid Mr. Greene in full and up front, later he avoided me at all costs and acted as if we only agreed to doing 3 photos. Unfortunately, I did not get our agreement in writing so he took advantage of it. Later, he claimed to the Better Business Bureau that he only agreed to taking 3 photos, which is far from the truth.
Mr. Greene then took the stance that I would have to pay for a 4th photo after I became adamant about getting what I paid for.

Unfortunately, the response from the photographer is untrue and unfortunate. The purpose of reporting and responding to this inaccurate interpretation from the owner is to protect others. I wouldn't recommend this company's service due to dishonesty nor would I return to take any photos, regardless of the price or just to get what I paid for.
I wouldn't return under any circumstances even if my life depended on it! It is simply shameful for a company and person to cheat their customers. The only correct and true thing that Mr. Greene has stated was "Not even if hell freezes over" and that would apply to me using or recommending his services. This has taught me to never pay an independent contractor all of the money up front until all services are completed, get an agreement in writing and to realize people will try to cheat you no matter what you have in common. At least, I believed we had alot in common, until I was asked by Mr. Greene if I had what we agreed upon in writing. He knew that he had told me one thing, but after time elapsed he could do another. I didnt have the wardrobe changes in writing and he took advantage of it. I've been fortunate enough to raise awareness, but its disturbing to continue to obtain dishonest responses from Mr. Greene, which undoubtedly causes for greater concern to customers. My complaint isnt about the petty $350 that I paid. Its the principle to get what I was agreed upon. Everyone has to realize that some people will cheat to win, but unfortunately they really lose (above all is respect)!
God knows the truth.

Mr. Green was never offered 4 wardrobe changes. The shoot was designated for 3 wardrobe changes, which were done at considerable discount (me trying to help someone get their portfolio going...) During the shoot he said he had an idea to do a "swat team" look. I told him at the time that was a great idea but it needed to be on location and lit correctly etc. At the time I told him I was interested in doing the shoot as would be great for my commercial portfolio. It was never part of the initial agreement. Time went on and it got very difficult to schedule and I realized that though it was a great idea, it was not part of my specialty and therefore not very useful to my business. I was still willing to do the shoot until Mr. Green began to demand money back. I was at a loss as to why he should get money back because I was not able to do a FREE shoot. At that time I attempted to make it clear to him what the agreement was, but that was not possible. I broke off contact with Mr. Green after he said he was going to report me etc. My thoughts then were and still are "when hell freezes over" ...
