Warning!!!! do not pay this comapny a dime they are a (debt collections) agancy with a fake web site acting like they are a legal office.
However they do have an attorney in there office that they rent a little office space out too by the name of (Sidney Howard Mickell) I dont even no how this scumbag is an attorney but I have heard there going to be taking his bar # away for all the illegal BS he's been doing he is a california Attorney and use to have his own collection agency in montclair california but had to shut down due to all the scams he's been doing now he has teamed up with PA and Associates the owner name of the comapany is Chris Hurst & Ray Welsh
This company falsely misrepresents them self as law enforcement, process servers or county worker
They are nothing but a scam looking for ways to pay there own bills if you are contacted by this company record the conversation or contact the FTC and report them
The real owner name is Wayne Walter Swanson he put the company name under Ray Welsh and recive royalties every month
