I purchased this home-base business two months ago, I paid 50 dollars for it and had it rushed delivery. According to Diane who is the customer service rep, I was suppose to start receiving my mailings with the SASE's in them two weeks from the time I received my brochure and the flyer to send out to the customers, in fact they were suppose to start advertising for me the next business day that I bought into this business. I had printed up 1000 of the flyers , cost me about 46 dollars, folded them up and was ready to go for filling the 300-500 envelopes that were suppose to be coming in the mail per week. Three weeks went by so I called Diane, they had spelled my name wrong so she supposedly corrected it, and I told her I hadn't received any envelopes, she said they were on their way they did advertise for me. Six weeks went by, I called again and asked if she corrected my name she didn't and said she did that time and I explained I didn't receive any envelopes still, she said they are on their way. One and a half months went by no envelopes so I have been calling and leaving messages and still no one calls me back and I have yet to receive any envelopes.
It has now been two months I left a message on Diane's phone to call me back asap to give me a reaon why I have yet to receive one envelope after two months of waiting she never called me back today in fact it was the third time I called this week with no reply. I searched on the internet for others getting ripped off by this company and found a few have and they never received their envelopes either, I feel I deserve my money back and the money I paid to get the flyer printed believing I had a business to work at home as they claim. I must be the latest victim this year I hope they catch these people and throw them in jail for fraud, I will be making another report to the better business bureau as well. Please do not send these people money, they are liars and theives, you will never see an envelope from anyone, I really don't believe they ever advertised a thing for me. Pacific Brochures is a big SCAM!!!

The website for them you stated above was registered this year and expires next year. Why? Do they not plan on being around for very long? Also, their other website, pacificbrochures dot com, was registered last year. Yet they claim they have been around for many years. Huh? One website claims to offer an at home business stuffing envelopes and mailing stuff (OH PUHLEAZE! Yawn! Heard that a million times before, actually, that so-called business opportunity has been around since the birth of the U.S. Postal System).
The other website says they are sending you a book on work at home businesses available. What? ALL of that information is availble for FREE online. I don't need to pay someone $$$ for them to tell me how to get a job assembling products at home, etc. Ridiculous. F rating with the BBB. Well-deserved. Report them to the post master general, BBB, FTC and the consumer protection division of your state's Attorney General's office as well as the AG's office in their state. The AG will investigates, prosecutes, fines and shuts down operations if enough complaints are received. Just go ask Maxwell Gates (you can do a search on that name here at RoR).
Future going: NEVER EVER pay for a job and especially don't pay for information that is available for free all the internet and in libraries. Also, educate yourself on the whole envelope stuffing scam. There are literally thousands of websites with information about it.
