I placed an order with them on Nov 16,2016 they took my down payment out of my account on the 18th. I recieved a call from them to verify account and what not. They assured me the product would be shipped soon. Fast forward to December. I called and got told it was because of an ACH hold, well there cannot be an ACH hold if they were able to take money out of my account. Got told that several times by several different agents, continued pattern of lies. Then finally one package arrives, now mind you this is the cheapest item on my order but it just enough to allow them to claim they shipped me items. After numerous assurances that my items are being shipped still nothing. Do not trust these people they will lie to you take your money and not ship the products.

I have emailed the escalation department several times no reply.Today is Wednsday 12/21 only thing I have recieved is the cheapest game in my order. I have been getting the shipping excuse for almost a month now. A few days may equal incompetance but almost a month is downright fraud.
