Pacwest Distributing Not paying for Freight for the load delivered on 7/23/14 Pleasanton California

GNE Transport Inc delivered the load for Pacwest Distributing Inc on 7/23/14 and was never paid for the freight. I have contacted owner of the compnay "Tyson" many times but all in vain.

Pacwest Distributing is not doing this first time. I have very bad experience with them 2 years ago also and have instructed my dispatcher not to pick up any load with Pacwest but recently we have new dispatcher and he bookd two load for Pacwest.

First load we delivered on 5/17/14 and invoice was sent on 5/20/14. We were paid on 10/15/14 after nearly 5 months and I know how hard it was to get that payment. I forget the count how many email I have to exchange with them to get that payment.

Now for the load delivred on 7/23/14 we sent the invoice on 7/31/14 and I have tried my best to get the payment from Pacwest but they are just giving me run around. Invoice is 4 months old now.

To get my payment I told them that I will contact their shipper and reciever and in return they sent a threatening letter from theri attorney to file a case against me for breach of contract.

I am putting this here becuase I dont want other trucing compnies to suffer like me.
