PakMail Overcharging Scamming Innocent Consumers Weeki Wachee Florida

It's outrageous how badly they overcharge consumers on packages. I had always wondered if they were overcharging but never really knew for certain. It was until last week when I went in to mail two packages that I was able to confirm the issue.

I wanted to mail a small box (one book) to Canada, and a medium-sized box (again, one book) to Indiana, USA. I wanted them both to be shipped Media Mail and with delivery confirmation. For the box to be shipped to Canada, they wanted to charge me $16! And for the book, with delivery confirmation, to Indiana they wanted.. get this.. $26!! I couldn't believe it. That was far more than I could afford, so I walked out without paying.

Today I went to the USPS to mail the exact same packages. You'll be surprised to know that the package to Canada only cost me $10 and the package to Indiana with delivery confirmation? $4!!! I kid you not. I was floored when I paid just $14 to mail both packages - less than what just ONE package would have cost me at PakMail. I will never, ever be back. And to be honest, it makes me sick to know that there are still people mailing packages at this facility who have no idea what's happening. I went to post a negative review on Yahoo! Local reviews and there was already a poor review on there stating the same thing as I was going to complain about: overcharging and scamming customers. Take the extra trip to USPS and SAVE MONEY!!

This place shouldn't even be in business.
