Palm Beach Jewelry Charged Full Price and Shipped Partial Order Failed To Make Good on Full Order Boca Raton Florida

I ordered two sets of earings as a Christams gift from Palm Beach Jewelry.  This was an on-line transaction.  I have used Palm Beach Jewely before and had no problems.  This was a Gold Jewelry Purchase.  When I received the shipment one of the sets of earings was not in the package.  I emailed the company and received a "replacement" shipment.  When I opened the "replacement" shipment.  The package contained a freee gift, a note of apology, and a packing slip, but no earings.  The earings in question cost me over $140.00.  

I emailed the company again.  This time I was pretty upset.  I informed them that I wasn't interested in their useless free gift and expected my earings.  I received an email from them asking me about the replacement shipment.  I responded to their email describing the contents of the package.  I then received a reply containing the UPS tracking number of the the "free gift" shipment and a statement basically telling me that there would be no other shipment.
