my window regulator i had purchased from them january 5 2012 broke and went out on me.
i asked to be re-imbursed and got the big run around telling me they need the replaced part in order
to honor the warranty. well they did the work on my car u have the part not me. so now they tell me
that the mechanic threw it away. hellow so im suppose to be responsible for that. u know they lied
and sent it away to get re-imbursed at my expense. unreal. these people are crooks. stay away no
matter what. the part cost 171.00 they beat me out of plus 178.00 labor. big rip off.
