On behalf of Pamela Hutul, our firm has served a subpoena upon Xcentric Ventures, LLC (Xcentric), the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity. Applicable law relating to discovering the identity of individuals who communicate anonymously on the Internet requires that you be provided notice of the discovery request (eg subpoena) via the same medium through which the false and defamatory statements were originally published. By this post, I hereby give you notice of Ms. Hutul's pending discovery request consistent with applicable requirements.
