Cat's Meow advertises this toy as $19.99 + $7.95 P&H. Not true. It is $19.95 + P&H twice for a total of almost $36.00 in total. You must buy 2 of these toys even though it give you an option of 1 or 2. I put that I only wanted 1 and it meant 1 pair.... I can't believe that. It isn't clear that it is a pair on line. It just says one or two then you are charged that maximum amount.
You cannot cancel without paying for shipping unless you send the box back unopenned which means a trip to the post office to bring it back.
Unless you want two, do not buy. I must admit that my mother purchased two of them for 4 cats and they love it. It's just terrible how they mislead you. I will never purchase from them again.

Just rec'd a call from customer service and they are refunding my P&H for one of the toys and allowing me to keep both,
