Abbas (he also likes to call himself John) was used as an vendor to provide photography services and diploma frames for my institution.

I foolishly put in an order for a frame, graduation announcements, and pictures.  I recieved my graduation announcements with the incorrect date of my graduation.  That is when I should have cancelled my order.  I didn't  

I have yet to receive my pictures or frame.  I have tried to contact his phone from his website and business card with no response.  The phone as of 6/21/2016 is not working.  He does not respond to emails.  His take your money and run and uncouth like behavior makes me wonder how this vendor is still in business.

There is no excuse for a phone number that is a cell phone or landline to not function.  Unless he is not paying his phone services.  I was able to leave a voicemail the day before 6/20/2016, so this causes one to suspect uncouth practices.  

In short incorrect date, poor quality pictures, lack of contact makes this a poor choice in the service of photography.
