paper transport, inc. lenny sefnick, jeff shefnick, craig dickman, barb karnoski, bob guyette, chris jones, jessie hinkel lied to all there original employees, and then they forced us all to run illegal, and either fired us ,or starved us so we quit greenbay, Wisconsin

Paper Transport Inc., This company was founded by Lenny Sefcnick, ang Roger Grimsly, I hired on with them on 08-13-1993.. Every pay day bi-weekly, our checks were always wrong, and it was done on purpose. When you would go in and complain about about it they would say we are human and we make mistakes. Well after 2 years straight you knew that it was done delibertly. Trust me this is one trucking company you dont want to work for, the mileage pay that your pay is based on is the house hold movers guide which was created 30 years ago. Every week you lose 300 miles that you dont get paid for. I wish I would know of a young attorney that wanted to make a name for himself because all original 14 drivers would go on there own to court and report this crooked company. Then they came out and said its mandatory that you go with their per diem package. What they do every time you run over 400 miles they take $50.00 out of your payroll check and give it to you tax free on the opposite week that you dont get a payroll check. Well then they take it off their taxes that they paid the drivers meal expenses which they never did.

In a years time that amounts to anywhere between 12,000 to 14,000 dollars per each driver. Now in the long run the company saves money ,there not matching social security , not matching the 3% in your 401 plan. The drivers annual pay is effected more your annual earnings are reduced and if you were ever disabled for life your earnings are based off of whats reported to the IRS. Now at tax time if you report that as income your getting screwed more because after you pay your federal taxes and state taxes nothing went towards social security. So now your a red flag to the IRS. Then they create lies against you when your on to them and well in the long run they win because they have the money and power to win. The office people of PTI are are racist people along with evil people and Im a firm believer what goes aroud comes around. This company has changed owners and none of the drivers were informed of it. I was permanately terminated on 05 06 2011 and I didnt do nothing wrong a worker swore and screamed at me and PTI turned it around and said that Im the one that swore and MR." Jessie Hinkle" Ive got your number. This is another office personnal they hired with the company has less then 3 yrs. and a hole lot of power and no brains. Then Jodi Melville Pagels 9dispatcher) creats lies about your family thats not true, but in the long run she get what she has coming too.
