I requested PapersHelm to write a college level paper. They not only delivered late, but delivered a 3rd grade level paper. The paper was totally copied and pasted from websites containing sentences with no connection. The grammar errors were insane. Here is the first paragraph of the 3rd revision they made:

"There is not a single definition of “self”. It is not clearly defined that what kind of factors are responsible to determine the ingredients of “self”. People react in a different way in different circumstances. There are many characters in a single human being which controls the human psychology. It depends on the linkages and bonds which are formed by human to other individuals. As the human socialize and move further in life then the changes in personality occurs and it leads to what defines a single individual. The theory presented by Heinz Kohut in 1977 about the analysis of self. That theory in still developing and further clinical trials are going on. But there are certain cohesive forms in which the “human self” appears and develops with the passage of time. A new born child has many to learn as he grows up and live his life. Personality traits are a very complex thing to understand. Because it gives you many reasons to believe in a specific human. At the same time it give details of the specific trait which are not responsible for a behavior under consideration.  All the things can be done to some extent to understand “Self” but it there are other reasons for the scientist to differentiate the essence of self from its clear appearances. For example if the human being is showing a particular behavior backed up by a single trait, then we cannot say that we can fully understand the trait. "

I still wonder what this paper is about. I am astonished that a person runs a business and provides services like the one above. I not only feel ripped off, I feel that my intelligence and inherent respect as a human being have been underestimated. 

I've been in touch with the many chat persons who are not able to help. The phone lines directs to a voicemail with no choices other than a voice message which will not be returned.
