This dealer is a discredit to Honda and to customers. It's 01/27/16 and if you think I'm just a disgruntled customer your right! But for very good reason. If you don't learn from my experience or want additional proof look at all their reviews on RipoffReport.com! Here's what they did with us. We found a Honda on car fax, we called in and spoke to a man named Lewis (sp?), He lowered the car fax price some. We asked for the very best price and he said we would need to drive down and negotiate with a manager, when I explained that wasn't possible and I asked to speak to a manager. He puts a woman named Vicki on the phone who agrees to sell the car for $2,000 less then the price on car fax. We agree to buy but we need to see if paying in cash or financing would be better. So we explore financing through them with David Peria (sp?). This process took a day and a half and at this point we are preparing to drive in to make the purchase and we asked for them to put the deal in writing and e-mail it to us, the used car manager Mike said he couldn't sell us the Honda the price that Vicki quoted us. He then denied that she quoted us that price based on her notes. I asked to speak with Vicki (Mike said she wasn't in today), I asked to speak to Lewis (Mike said he wasn't in today). He said he would listen to the recorded line and call me back. At this point we call back in to to speak to Brian (the owner of Paragon Honda) we got his Admin who said he was there but didn't have time to talk with us. Then Rob Patel called us from the dealership, he said he would listen to the recorded line and call us back. Approximately 30 minutes went by he called back stating their was no way they could sell us the car for the price Vicki quoted us. He never bothered to listen to the recorded line. At this point we have 2 1/2 days into this with Paragon, they ran our credit, found financing for the price that Vicki gave us, we ended up getting a better deal and had the money wired to our account, we had made arrangements to make a 3 hour drive into the dealership to pick up the car and they reneged on the verbal contract. Had we not been smart enough to ask for it in writing they would have gotten us down there and changed the price. This dealership is as crooked as they come. The reason why their prices are lower is because they rely on price to overcome their negative reputation. Any deal they offer you, you better think twice. Read Ripoffreport.com they have years of bad reviews.
