I Bought Windows From Paramount Improvements September 18 2008 At A Cost Of $4000 . The Salesman Demonstrated How Good Their Windows Were By Showing Me A Heat Gun Up Against The Window And No Heat Came Through The Window.

And Showing Me How Easy To  Clean Windows By Tilting Inward . I Liked That Idea ! And Also Windows Come With A Lifetime Warranty. As Long As I Own The Home.  The Salesman Said I Would Save Enough Money On Heating Bills And The Windows Would Just About Pay For Themselves.

About 3 Weeks Ago My Wife And I Were Sitting In Our Livingroom And I Heard A Loud Pop. I Looked Outside only to Notice My Window Was Cracked From One Corner To The Other. I Told Her Not To Worry I Would Call Paramount in the morning because there is a Lifetime Warranty on the windows.

Well I called only to find an answering machine saying there on winter and someone will call back within 24 hours.Well Nobody called  back. Finally after 3 to 4 attempts someone called back to tell me they would be out within a couple of days . I was happy to hear that.

The person that called me said they would have to make it the following week because of bad weather.I said that would be fine. 3 Days later I received a letter stating they would not send anybody out until I sent them a check for the amount of $285 .Parts$125 Labor $65 Trip$95
