We are a residential and commercial cleaning service company who cleaned Pardons & waivers of Canada since January 31st, 2011 - constant problems occurred with invoicing and delayed payments.
On September 21st, 2012 - email received: "Pardons & Waivers Canada has to move out from 78 Martin Ross due to the landlord requirement without any notice "There should not be any services rendered for PWC in September. Please contact to the at 78 Martin Ross Ave. for any services rendered for the time after Sep 01, 2012"
October 11th, 2012- Constant contact was tried to reach owner - finally a representative says she will pass along a message.
October 25th, 2012 - Got a hold of the owner, finally, saying " Sept 3 until Sept 13 to be paid by pardons and waivers and Sept 17 & 20 there was no work for the girls to do and told them to leave, they did not clean, I have nothing to pay for".......then why did we have access provided by Pardons & Waivers of Canada??
Since then, no one has answered a phone call nor the numerous emails sent with payment reminders.
November 30th -Spoke with a receptionist, "Owner is no longer with Pardons and Waivers, none of the managers are in right now, will pass message to the managers about overdue balance." I'm certain he did...pass the message to the stack of all other messages un-replied probably!
We have engaged a credit bureau to see if they can help us retrieve our due.
