Following the remote, access, online assessment by Advanced Technical Support (tel. no. 001-800-795-1148) in official support of Paretologic`s: XoftSpy AntiVirus Pro, software program product; purchased online, they(Advanced Technical Support) concluded that the software product is working correctly in all of the important, scanning and problem fixing modes of operation. This was despite my pointing out that the twin, circulating red arrows on each scanned category of 7 were currently frozen, yet they had been originally rotating in synchronisation with the green on grey scanning mode bar at the top of the scanning mode page of the correctly installed (by a microsoft accredited: Advanced Technical Support technician, 4 days earlier by remote, access to my laptop computer).
Concerned about the authenticity of Advanced Technical Support`s handling of this software product that I understood to be called PC Cleaner Pro 2013 produced by PC Cleaner Inc. [continued below]....
The Paretologic`s: XoftSpy AntiVirus Pro software program in the scanning mode was continually showing malware, spyware and corrupted folders and files that were continuously absent on the registry, directory and temporary files inside the twin core, hard disk c:\ and d:\ drives of my laptop computer. This was shown to be the case, not on one scanned occasion, but on six scanned occasions; indicating that Paretologic`s: XoftSpy AntiVirus Pro is fraudulent Scareware; occupying precious space on my c:\ hard disk drive that serves no useful or fundamental purpose. So I requested the technician to have it removed from my computer, which he carried out and I have no reason whatsoever to reinstall, considering its effect on my laptop computers performance and the proven, erroneous information it displays and supposedly fixes.
Everything is now functioning correctly and the optimum performance of the computer has now been restored to a good level of its original, operational performance from purchase; following the removal of all error, cautionary and warning messages, corrupted program commands and unnecessary, backup encryption files and programs. I now look towards Peretologic to refund the payment I made online for the proven malware and scareware: XoftSpy AntiVirus Pro of £31.77 (US$: 47.93) that I have wasted much of my precious time in recieving incorrect and erroneous data from. The cost of this 1 hour tuneup of my laptop was a one-off payment of £30 service charge annually, which does not compare favourably with Advanced Technical Supports: telephone pressure, sales tactics of a one-time payment of £135 for an anytime tuneup by remote access control of my laptop computer, that I refused then and will definitely refuse now.
