Where can I begin Park Village was ran by very professional and experienced property managers until the owners children needed to be employed.  I am not going to name any names but the property is ran by children of the owners and since this change the park has slowly begin to fall.  Like any other business family should be seperate and this is yet another case were this will be found out the hard way.  From water line breaks, to sewage spills, to maintenance not being performed EVER consumers need to know exactly what you are getting yourself into when you rent from this company.  I know like most reports like this it is wrote off as someone who is disgruntled or upset about a situation this company does not discriminate.  It does not matter if you are a home owner, renter, out of compliance.  Residence face long waiting lists to fix leaking roofs, sewage line breaks and back ups due to a crumbling sewage system (at times flooding homes with raw sewage), drug dealing neighbors (5, 216, 90, 13), maintenance workers that are clearly on methanphetamines, and a managment staff that has the customer service of a n**i regime.  Its there way or the highway and the real victims are the homeowners who have purchased homes from their homes and cannot afford to move them.  If you question, have a greivance, or even disagree with the gustopo you will be made fun of, spread rumors about, they will spread your personal information to everyone in the park regarding your situation, and worst of all they make your life miserable with eviction notices for everything from skirting (on a rental) to grass growing on their leaky roof.  

Many of the home owners feel stuck, renters come and go as frequent as every week because of the lack of maintenance and the lack of professionalism and residents that have lived in the park for years are all leaving due to the current state of the regime.  

Finally being a minority and living in the park is absolutely discouraing.  I have maintained my home (a rental) for many years only to be racially put down and told that I was not going to recieve items that other tenants would normally recieve.  This park and its managment is in need of a serious reality check because if it were not a "Renters Market".  I am speculating, but I think most or half of the park would be empty because of the rotten service from the maintenace staff, park management, and the owners lack or ability to mange the current staff.
