Ok first and foremost I have never written one of these things before because I'm a pretty easy going guy but the public needs to be made aware of the kind of business this place is. My fiance and I bought a certified pre owned big and beautiful camper for a great price that came with a huge inspection checklist and a 90 day warranty. Heck of a deal right? Well not after you drive off the lot with a tank full of another person's poop because they failed to drain it because it was clogged. When I drove the camper off the lot I was aware the tank was mostly full but I said hey I drove 3 hours to come get this thing, although we agreed on them delivering it, so I'll drain the tank and be ok with it. Well of course I go to drain it and it didn't drain. I call them for help and they tell me to fix it. They tell me they can fix it but I'd have to bring it back down there to them. They also told me they wouldn't come get it which I thought was strange being as this shouldn't be an issue of mine since it went through its "132 point inspection". I'm also in the service so I had little to no time to make the trip again. Between the army and seeing my daughter on the weekend I didn't have a whole lot of time. Anyways, some time passes and I start noticing more problems. Like the batteries weren't replaced with new ones like I told that happened. I talked between the maintenance supervisor and the owner Billy Adams and none of them were on the same page about this. The owner said they don't replace the batteries if they're still good and the maintenance supervisor said they did. Anyhow, the batteries were not good. I did leave the batteries on for 3 hours one night and I was afraid I drained the batteries. I jump it off and let it charge, didn't work. I go to advanced auto parts to charge the batteries to find out the electrolytes were low to the point that these batteries weren't only old but they had been neglected and not maintained for quite some time. Also, this dealership does business with advanced auto parts and they don't even sale this brand of battery. So I had caught them in a lie at this point. Then the autoleveling jack motor started smoking while in use. Problem number 3. They told me that's fine, it's suppose to do that and if it's broken that I broke it. Real customer oriented business here. In their defense, they had replaced the motor before letting me take it but whatever it was replaced with and whoever did it I'm not sure what happened but the motor was not in good condition for me. See what they do here at this dealership is prey on the weak, the ones who do not have a vast knowledge of recreational vehicles, and were suppose to believe in them and trust them. I went through a couple weeks of the absolute worst customer service. I tried going the the warranty company they said I was under but they didn't deal with campers that were old as mine. And it wasn't even that old! It's a 2014! And the other warranty place they said I could've had was roadside assistance that didn't help me out at all with this. So I eventually get my camper back down there after not giving up they cave in. They are going to fix our camper yay! Not really, they're gonna put it off and put it on one guy there to fix the whole thing while they're worried about getting other campers on the lot physically appealing so they can get them out the door and screw over many more customers. Even this guy did not like the way they conducted business here. These people are sharks and they're just simply out to get a quick buck no matter who they screw over. My opinion and I can say that. When I called down to check on our camper the owner himself even said the clog wasn't really a clog it was just some toilet paper on the sensor. I said oh really because I'm pretty sure I tried flushing out the system and I could hear water pooling up in the black tank so lie again. They lie to get their customers out of their hair. They want your money here people. I know this is really long but it's really overdue and they tried to thoroughly screw me over. Not happening. Either new leadership needs to take over or this place needs to be shut down because they are conducting bad business and promoting good business. It's all a lie. They claim to do inspections on their stock and have a warranty but even on the sheet of paper they give you working through another warranty company, nothing of their own, it says all my issues were covered. On the inspection sheet, it says all of my issues were inspection points. They lie to get your money. My camper is finally fixed as far as I know and its only because of one man there that I'll specifically go to from now on since he does business outside of that dealership. Just a huge warning shot to anyone who decides to go RV hunting for a good deal. Go ahead and skip over this place...

Update to my report

Ok so I'm sure a lot of people have gone through this place and have gotten great deals and great customer service. I just wish I could say that about myself is all. All I'm saying in my report is that there were dishonest services provided to me. For instances, why tell me my tank isn't clogged when the technician working on it says it was? It bothers me how someone can give a false report on something a trusting customer is asking about and not lose a bit of sleep. Maybe my integrity is too high I guess. Another really good question is how can your owner and maintenance chief not be on the same page about something as simple as batteries? Either you replace the batteries in all of your certified pre-owned stock or not. At any rate, if you had done the inspection you said you did you would've found these issues and saw that the batteries were bad. Also, don't accuse your customer of breaking something like the pump in my case when it could easily be a manufacturer's defect. I'd go down that road first before accusing the customer of being dishonest. Now my camper is fixed but at no help of the owner. The one and only technician that worked on it, thank you. All the owner and pretty much everyone else did was beat around the bush with me, spin me in circles and nearly have me doubt myself when all they had to do is either do the actual inspection or stick to their word about their warranty and get my camper fixed somehow. He's gonna come on here and say they don't do warranty work but their maintenance chief said they did. Whoever does the work, it doesn't matter. It starts with you pointing me in the right direction and getting my camper fixed. Oh and not giving me a bogus warranty. Now I'm sure he's gonna get on here with a bunch of dates sounding really official calling me a liar and that's fine. I just wanted my side to finally get out there and for you the consumer to have a little ammunition on deciding to risk it going here or not. Thanks for your time.
