Parts Geek Stole my money after they shipped WRONG PART charlotte North Carolina

Ordered two headlight assemblies and bulbs. Drivers side was fine, passenger side was defective so this was returned along with the bulbs. I tried for two weeks sending emails and calling to talk to someone about it, to no avail. The "automated" email did not address the concern. And, once the refund finally posted, it is only for the defective assembly that they sold me-NOT THE BULBS.
So at the end of the day, they pocketed my money for the bulbs, and I paid out of pocket for shipping for the return.

And TODAY yes a week after you received the package, you send me an email with a different return address for the bulbs, when they already have the bulbs in your possession.

I can't say that I have ever known any criminals but I have officially met a few through Parts Geek.

And TODAY yes a week after they received the package, they send me an email with a different return address for the bulbs, when they already have the bulbs in their possession.
Illiterate, dishonest thieves is who you will trust with your money if you choose to order from Parts Geek.
