I ordered 3 parts from these guys - a control arm, a pair of bushings, and a bolt kit, all of which their site said were in stock.

I then get an email that they don't have the bushing in stock anymore and are issuing a credit for that part. They should have asked me if I wanted the exact same bushing in black instead of the red I ordered, which I would have preferred. But no! Oh, and I went on their website and it still says they have the red bushings in stock!

Then the package comes, and it only has the control arm in it. No bolt kit. The packing slip even says "Will call" under "Quantity shipped" instead of 1, like it does for the control arm which was actually shipped. Then when I contact their so-called customer service people, the response I get is (and I'm not kidding, this is copied from their email with no changes):

"We do not sell hardware or have the ability to send missing pieces. If you are missing hardware from a part (e.g., missing gaskets, clamps, bolts, screws etc...) you can either return the entire part or purchase the hardware locally. If you are missing a crucial part to a kit, the entire kit must be returned. We cannot break up another kit to replace missing items."

I e-mail them back that it is a  BOLT KIT that was not sent to me and I want a refund. Then their Customer Dis-Service sends me back:

"Please DO NOT REPLY to this message. (we will not receive it)
To contact us you MUST open a support ticket on our Customer Service page.

Important: Please Read Carefully or you will NOT get credit for your return.
   1. If you are returning multiple parts, check below to make sure ALL of the parts being returned are listed.
   2. If you return any parts that are not listed below, credit will NOT be issued, no exceptions.
   3. If you are returning multiple parts, you MUST send them to the correct address or credit will NOT be issued, no exceptions.
   4. You MUST write the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Please write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box in black marker. Do not write on the parts boxes. All cores must be returned in the box of the new item."

REALLY????!!! You are sending me instructions on how to return an item I never received???!!!

Then, someone tells me that they shipped it out. NOT! Then that they are doing an investigation. Then that it may take a month to do an investigation. It has been 5 months and no refund. What they were really doing was stalling me long enough so I couldn't contest the charge with the credit card company.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND THE MONEY YOU'LL LOSE!!!
