Anything under $25 costs $6.95 to ship, even if it costs 50 cents! If you order over the phone, they charge you $2.50! There are extra charges for candy and plastic items. They throw in extra charges for everything. They DO NOT go by weight. They lower the cost of thier products and raise shipping charges dramatically to make it look like they are a better bargain than the competitor.
DONT BE FOOLED! I then ordered about 10 items from another website and was only charged one dollar more than partyetc.com charged me. They actually went by weight! This is a horrible business.
