Pascal Abrar fake car documents,no air bag Los Angeles California

This report is written without extreme prejudice.

In 2012 I met Pascal at my bank in Las Vegas,NV. We exchanged title,documents and currency at the bank for a vehicle I was buying.The document was a false car fax report stating the vehicles supposed pristine condition.I checked that the Vin number for vehicle matched title Pascal had.I asked Pascal to let me see his drivers license to verify title is indeed in his name.Pascal did show his Nevada drivers license to secure transaction of the vehicle.

A week after buying vehicle I took it to a local car dealership for an oil change.An employee said the same vehicle was there 2 weeks earlier.At that time it was discovered the vehicle had no drivers side air bag and the air bag light was disconnected to hide that.The vehicle also had bad sub frame damage.

Pascal deceived and sold me a vehicle that risked my personal safety.I made several attempts to mediate with Pascal to avoid legal remedy.All my attempts were ignored.I have signed certified receipt of USPS delivery of one of those mediation attempts.

In 2013 I won my small claims case against Pascal Abrar in absentia in Las Vegas,NV.This case information is public record.Case#12A00274.I never could collect my judgement from Pascal.Nevada allows 100% homestead off properties.

In California a property owner can only homestead a percentage of their property.I domesticated my NV small claims judgement to California.When domesticating a out of state small claims judgement in California it transfers to a Civil case.This case is public record.Civil Case#15K15070.I happened to be born and raised in Los Angeles County.I lived in Las Vegas for a year.

In February 2016 I placed a lein on a property Pascal is coowner of in Los Angeles.I did all legal documents myself through the entire process from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.I did hire process servers in Las Vegas and Los Angeles so delivery of documents could not be disputed.This process took much longer than if I had hired an attorney.But I saved myself thousands of dollars in legal fees.Otherwise this process would not have been finacially sensible to pursue.This is a matter of principle to me.Seeing the other reviews of the people Pascal scammed motivated to pursue this issue.So I hope other victims out there can feel empowered by this story.You motivated me!
