i ordered 2 cell phones from the internet and when i received 1 it was nothing they said it was, we didnt even have it turn on we sent it back to the company the very next day and now we get a bill saying we never return it. the same day they fedx pick that one up they were droping off the other one. we said we didnt want that one eigher so she took both of them with her.now they are saying with out a tracking number. they cant do anything. so we called fed x and they said with out the tracking # they could not look up any thing for us. why cant they look at our address and see that they were here, and give us the tracking number surely the fed x co. should have it.thank you for your concern with people that are ripe off not only bye cell phone co. but also fed x
