These companys are both a total rip-off.
Both companys: Patents To Retail, (patentstoretail.com) and
Axis International Marketing, LTD (123axis.com,
are ran by the same individuals: Sheldon Zucker, and Al Levi
and share the same physical address: 800 South Wolf Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018.
They are a total sham. They will always ASSURE you they believe your product is marketable,
and they can help get it patented, manufactured, and in stores.
But once they have your money, you will NEVER hear from them again, and they will not answer your calls.

Being the owner of both Patents to Retail and Axis International even after 8 years that this complaint was filed I never felt it deserved a reply: however, as my businesses have grown (this site has the legal right in spite of them not being responsible to confirm a claim before they publish it because of the 1st Amendment) a few prospective clients have brought this to my attention so I felt it was finally worth a reply. The claim is false. We have never had a complaint that we did not address and rectify! I have been in business since 1997 (over 20 years) and if this is it for the range of complaints you find on either of my company's you are clearly in safe hands with us.
Check us out with the Better Business Bureau which has us as an A+ triple rated company both in our service and financials! Any complaints ultimately come to me, personally Andy Berger, the owner and an inventor myself with 18 issued patents and 2 pending as of this writing Sept 3 2020.
