I went to work as an I. C. for patient care transport on Dec. 8th 2012 driving patients on workmen comp cases from their home to 4849 Fullerton Ave. Fullerton surgery center and back to patients home here in Chicago. We have a signed contract that Id be paid within 30 to 45 days for non lean transports none of mine are leans. I am owed $3048 for 9 transport tickets that I completed . I have not nor have any of the drivers been paid in Chicago as of this date 01/30/2013. Ross Barr or patient care transport put ads on craigslist and tells people they can make $24k in a month thats a lie you say in your C.L. ad do 20 in a week.
Not one driver in Chicago has done close to 20 transports in two months let alone one week. Ross Barr will come to a city and hold interview in hotel lobbies from the C.L. responses. Ross Barr also tells you to bring $475 to cover umbrella insurance. I never received a policy, Ins. card or a phone number in case of an accident. Patient care transport and Ross Barr have many fraud reports on ripoff.com for nonpayment of drives in many different states. Id like to get all of you other drives who have experienced no pay for work you have completed and file a class action lawsuit. Also please file a complaint with all of these agencies as I have on line. California Attorney General, FBI internet scam & fraud, Better Business Burial , Consumer protection agency.
Also contact your secretary of state let them know that the independent contract drivers do not have a taxi or livery card. Here in Chicago they consider us cab or taxi service and must have some sort of licensing or cab Madelyn or hard card. Take all your work tickets, or transports you did and NOT paid then copy all other drivers on Ripoff.com reports and take them to where you drop off your patients at hospitals, clinics, Dr. Offices Let them see and read how patient care transport- Ross/Raz Barr really operates his business
I can state a fact that Mr. Barr has blatantly lied to me face to face and on the phone and in his C.L. ad
Please contact me so we can get as many other drives to start a lawsuit.
I have read from Ross Barr no one signs their name to any of the rip-off reports well Ross I am coming after you and hard to put you out of business and to get paid. All of his responses to many of the reports are to call us a liar but before you can call me one you are the one who is the LIAR. I have told the truth I did NOT say this is a scam as I really dont know quite yet BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR ANY OF MY TRANSPORTS AND YOU LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE. People follow thru contacting all agencies.
This is for Ross I sign it! Ill be your worst nightmare pay me. Better yet take me to court as you say you will. All of us drivers will save money!!!

I have spoken with Raz Barr personally on more than one occasion and have caught him in many lies. He owes me a lot of money as well and I'll not go into details on my case personally. What I will say is DO NOT WORK FOR THE MAN. I have been contacted by another driver of this company and he tells me the same thing. What I will say is that the contact info. for this man has changed. I have included the information in this webpage on his license that came directly from the stated of California website.
I'd like to be contacted by all the drivers so we all CAN put a lawsuit together against him.
Raz goes by the AKA of Ross Barr as well. FYI
I'm not sure how we'll be able to get contact information on each other unless this website will email us this information as long as they have permission in writing to do so. This Website does have my permission to give my email to each one of these drivers or if an attorney requests this you may give it to the attorney as we have already given this permission.
I will say that Raz physically threatened me in front of a lot of people and I'm thinking about pressing charges.

Ross Barr and PCT are criminals. They take your money and you get nothing in return. I started on 1-14-13 and did one one transport on 1-15-13. I was never contacted again, despite my daily request for work. I called Ross. I called dispatch. They kept saying "We are so busy in Chicago! You are crazy! What's your phone number again?" I must have given my two phone numbers to them 5-6 times. Eventually I got sick of the obvious games, and was wrongly terminated for having the nerve to warn Ross that if he didn't start providing me with work I would take legal action to get my money back.
I was called a "camplaigner" and everything suddenly became my fault. I was told they called me and I refused to do transports, and I was the one with the problem, because all their drivers in Chicago were so busy. I told them that in todays technology it was almost impossible to lie about calling, emailing, voicemails, etc., because there is record of it and all my records show not one call, email, text, or voicemail made to me, let alone me actually verbally refusing to do work.
Now all these accusations came after about 10 emails and voicemails over 15 days from me, requesting work. Not one response. Yet this is the story they are sticking to. They refuse to give me any proof of these accusations and actually have the stones to demand an apology from me! These people are the worst of the worst and giving them your money and time is a waste of your money and time.
