I drop off my car on  January 7 i call on January 16 the service guy told me we haven't look at your car but not to worry your car is inside then i call again on january 23 the service told me that the car was going to be look at january 24 then on January 26 i pass by my car is outside full of snow i couldn't believe i went inside the guy was not there then on January 28 i got a phone call from the service the dept. saying sorry that he lie to me this the kind of people paul conte has working for them..then on February 1  i get a phone call that my part was been order on February 6 they told me that my part was order and it wont be there until march 8 i was suppose to go and pick up my car on march 15 then i receive a phone call that they broke my gas line and they would have to order the part i finally got my car on march 21 i went to the dealer to pick up my car they said that they detail my car i left out of there i saw i need it gas so i pull over to a gas station i turn off my car then i saw that the guy never left my keys inside i had to call the dealer to get my keys they finally delever my keys to me after 20 minutes of waiting...all of this time i ask for car they would give me a car for the time i was without my car they  also kept on pushing me to get a new clutch while my clutch was still good oh they also broke my hood spring...i had the worse nightmare at this dealership never ever again i would bring my car there again and i hope nobody else would buy or bring there car for service to your dealer...
