I filed a lawsuit against Paul Flick and his franchise 360 Painting due to him illegally selling his franchise (360 Painting) to me in the state of Maryland. Paul Flick does not possess a license or have authorization to sell his franchises in the state of Maryland.
Consent judgment was entered in favor of myself, the plaintiff's, and against 360 Painting Inc in the amount of $46,000.00. To this date, Paul Flick and his franchise 360 Painting have failed to honor the judgement, and continue to hide from my attorney's and the legal system as we try to recover the monies he stole from me. The lawsuit is public record:

Case Number: CAL13-14582
Case Description: Brown vs 360 Painting Inc
I have also filed suit in the state of Virginia, as well, against Paul Flick and 360 Painting.
***Franchise entrepreneurs nationwide, please BEWARE of this individual. The most detrimental part about all of this is that my husband and I are both military Veterans, and Paul Flick convinced us, as con-artist do, into using our 401k monies that we saved in the military's Thrift Savings Plan to purchase the franchise from him.
