Paul T Andrews represented himself as the USA distributor/dealer for Morgan Sporscars. Wishing to buy a new Morgan, I sent him a deposit of $10,000 in december 2013. The car was not delivered.

 

A deposit refund check was finally send in May 2014, which bounced.
