Paula Collins Tango Haus Poodles Dog Breeder sells dogs in horrible condition Kaufman Texas

 Dated March 19th., 2016 Paula Collins, Tango Haus Poodles,, now that you have cashed my second check and should stop threatening to sue me(including having your attorney contact me) let me tell you again what I received from you in exchange for the $6500 that I paid you. (plus the cost of transporting all of these dogs from Texas to Colorado, about $1000) I paid for 5 breeding dogs. As you put it, it was a "package deal". What I expected to get were two breedable miniature poodle females -- one pregnant. A 10 year-old stud dog miniature poodle male. An 8 year-old stud dog toy male. And the one I REALLY wanted, an 8 month -old breedable Biewer Yorkshire terrier stud. What I received was one mini poodle female NOT pregnant. One mini poodle female ALSO not pregnant and so unsocialized that she is scared to death of people and it takes two people to corner her and catch her for any work to be done. (you were honest about this dog and did tell me that you had not socialized her and she was afraid of people). The 8 year-old toy poodle's mouth was rotting. His jaw required $1800 worth of work to repair the gaping holes in his mouth, bone loss and infection. The vet said he would have been dead in two months or sooner. The 10 year-old stud is completely sterile. He has one shriveled t******e and the other is not (and never will) produce. This is according to the Board Certified Reproduction Specialist and professor of reproduction Dr. Richard Wheeler at the Colorado State Veterinary Teaching Hospital. This dog, Hans, also has teeth rotting out of his mouth. Now, you did take this dog back as I told you his mouth was going to cost me even more than Rusty's mouth had cost and I was going to have to put him down. What else can I do with a sterile stud dog who at ten years of age has never been in a house in his life and can not be housebroken and placed in an adoptive home? So, yes, you did take him back but threatened to sue me if I didn't pay for his trip back to you. So now we can add $400 to my total making it $6900 + transportation to get them here that I paid for all of these dogs. Then there is the Biewer "stud". Dr. Wheeler (along with another vet who just happened to be here at the time) stated that this dog has only one t******e, the other can't be found and he also has severely crooked teeth and no one should consider breeding this dog. So, Paula, since you guarantee your dogs (which I find hard to believe as you flat out told me you do no genetic testing , which I did not know when I bought them).... What are you going to do about this? I have some ideas as to how you can make this right but I will wait and see what you have to say. Paula, I am very sorry that you are going through financial difficulties. But as you know, I have been fighting cancer since December of 2014. I DO know about difficulties. I will give you several days to respond to this as I know you are in trouble. However, your trouble should not be my trouble. And, I really resent being called names and being threatened with lawsuits when all I want is to be treated fairly. I will take action if you ignore me or refuse to make this right. I feel that you are ignoring me. I'm hoping you will get back to me soon as to how you will make this right. If not, I'm afraid I will have to take action that I do not want to take. You have threatened to sue me for not wanting to give you the rest of the money I owed you. I have paid you and you have cashed the check, even though I did not get what I was promised. I owe you nothing. I paid for 5 breedable dogs and one pregnant dog. I got two breedable dogs, neither is pregnant. I got a completely sterile male. I got another male whose mouth and jaw was rotting from neglect so badly that the vet said he would be dead in two months had we not poured over $1800 into him to save him. And we got a cryptorchid male with severely crooked teeth. This is what I got for $6500 and an additional $1200 to get them from Texas to Colorado. I trusted you. I trusted that you would not take advantage of someone who was in the midst of cancer treatment and had little money and resources. You took advantage of that and when I objected the the condition of the dogs you threatened to sue me unless I paid in full. Your attorney contacted me and backed you up. I now wish you HAD sued me. I would LOVE to let the whole world know what kind of breeder, no -- what kind of PERSON you are. I'm hoping that the other people that you have scammed, and I know of at least one other, can also get the word out And, by the way. All of your talk about using pictures that don't belong to the person using them? I guess that doesn't apply to you? And the pictures you have of Robbie (my dog) taken by me at my ranch are not for you to use. Take them from your web sites immediately. I do not want one of my dogs associated in any way with someone like you. And your statement on your sites that anyone selling adult dogs on your sites must have genetic clearance is another thing that doesn't apply to you? Since you told me you don't do testing on any of your dogs I guess that explains why two of the dogs that I bought from you previously are cryptorchid and one had severely slipping stifles. You claimed my board certified reproductive specialist vet "must be mistaken". Yeah right. You are a con artist and should be ashamed of yourself. You have forced me into action Paula. You have no one to blame but yourself. Sue away, I'm VERY happy to tell my story. Terry
