Paws Animal Hospital Dr. Barnett Refused to help our dying puppy The Villages Florida

 This clinic and its staff have one object only.To provide the least amount of care for the highest dollar.The Doctor that runs this group of poorly trained staff. Refuses to talk on the phone or take action to help us when we needed them most.When we questioned the treatment plan for our puppy.The staff refused to allow us to talk with the doctor.They even hung the phone up on us twice.We live in the Villages and are spreading the word about this group of price gougers.After treating our puppy and charging us $900.00 they informed us that we would have to come pick up this dying puppy.And transport her to another clinic or take her home and let her die.We then took her to Buffalo Ridge Clinic and was advised of how to care for our puppy and dispensed the medication need to save her life.Since Paws was our vet all refills of this life saving fluid were to be obtained from Dr. Barnett.We called the next day for our refill and was told that I needed to call Buffalo Ridge.This started the run around from Vet to Vet to try and save our families puppy.Finally we called Paws and pleaded for the medicine.They told me that they need to see the puppy and charge us more money.But they were booked solid and would not help us get a appt. We called the following morning and pleaded for a apptointment After waiting for 6 hours while our puppy died.We had to call them back only to be told Dr. Barnett refuses to see us and will call me in 3 days to talk about this matter.I was beyond devastated that someone who claims to love animals.Would allow my families puppy to die a slow painful death.All we needed was a bag of saline and electrolytes.This clinic was built for one reason to overcharge and milk the families of the Villages..Our puppy passed away last night and our family is deeply saddened and will share our story
