I submitted an online application for a Tv. Paid the $25 application fee. Received an email stating that I would receive a formal application soon. Got that, filled it out and mailed it back through the mail. Have heard nothing since! The formal application was mailed back on March 20, 2010.

I have submitted numerous inquiries through their automated system on their website. It states that they will respond within 48 hours. I have heard nothing yet and this is April 5, 2010!

They have no other contact information for you to use. No phone number or fax number or anything.

I am extremely upset over this as we are very low income and out Tv went out and I thought this was a good way to go. Now I am out $25 and have no Tv at all. Something needs to be done about this so called company!
